“Restaurant Week lunch menu was excellent. Good variety and enough choices for the 3 course menu. Can’t go wrong with any options. Excellent service. Bar area is nice-wish the dining room decor was as interesting as the food. (Maybe that’s the point—the foods the thing!)“

“With the weather beginning to get colder - what better time to start exploring to find great Pho restaurants in the DMV.
My friend and I decided to try Pho House because of its very central location, and also because of its great reviews.
Overall, the food was delicious and the we were able to add extra meats and make substitutions to our orders which was great.
The broth that I had with my Pho was very well made. The flavours were substantive, as were the meats that were in the dish.“

“I ordered and eat from this place very often! Food is great ! Service is even better ! Owners are very friendly! Clean, refreshing, etc… yes, there may be “rouches” some times but they are everywhere at any restaurant, regardless of how clean they look! You can’t stop mices, rats, rouches ! specially in DC! It is bad for customers to see this , but lets be realistic and not let this things create big negative scenarios! Enjoy your visit at this place! At the end of the day , it’s a great place to visit!“

“This is a stellar place for a vietnamese restaurant. SUPER fast despite the Sunday lunch rush, food is amazing (by asian standards too) and the staff are nice enough. The space is also clean and well taken care of. Didn't get a chance to grab photos of the food as I was eating it so fast ?“

“delicious. service is otherworldly, unlike any place else really. only knock is limited menu, which on the other hand makes ordering really easy. elegant, simple, clean, and, most importantly, the pho broth is the best“

“We were in DC over the weekend visiting family and had an incredible experience at PhoNatics Noodle Bar! We ate inside the restaurant (although there TONS of to-go orders picked up while we were there. The service was outstanding, and the food was even better. Our group couldn’t stop raving about the Banh Mi Beef and Banh Mi Grilled Pork sandwiches. The caramelized meat paired perfectly with the fresh veggies and sauce— absolute perfection!
For appetizers, we went with the Beef Summer Rolls after seeing them recommended in so many reviews, and they did not disappoint. Fresh, light, and packed with flavor!
Another standout was the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli. It was like a noodle salad packed with fresh veggies and savory, perfectly grilled chicken. The Pho was also solid, but the the items above were the real stars of the show.
Everyone in our group gave this place a 10/10! Highly recommend if you're craving Vietnamese cuisine. Can't wait to come back!“

“Pho 72 delivers an exceptional Vietnamese dining experience, right to the doorstep. The summer rolls with shrimp arrive pristine—delicate rice paper wrappers giving way to generous portions of succulent shrimp, crisp lettuce, and fresh herbs, all elevated by a beautifully balanced peanut dipping sauce. The Banh Mi with lemongrass chicken is a genuine revelation: tender, fragrant slices of poultry tucked inside a crusty, airy baguette, accented by bright, pickled vegetables and a gentle spread of creamy pâté. Every bite offers a contrast in textures and flavors that is simply irresistible.
The star of the meal, the Pho Tai, Nạm, Chín, exemplifies what a perfect bowl of pho should be. The broth is profoundly aromatic, layered with the subtle sweetness of long-simmered bone marrow and spices that warm the palate. The noodles have that ideal springy bite, while the trio of beef cuts—rare steak, tender flank, and well-cooked brisket—each contribute their distinct textures and richness. Even delivered, everything tastes impeccably fresh, as if it had just left the kitchen seconds before.
Pho 72 shows true mastery of Vietnamese cuisine, offering refined flavors, high-quality ingredients, and meticulous preparation. For those seeking the comfort of a restaurant-caliber meal at home, this spot stands out as a top choice in Washington, DC.“

“I got the chicken pho and made it extra spicy. It was so good and full of flavor! Such generous portion! Service is a bit slow only because there is 1 waitress and she is also checking people out and handling delivery services. But she was absolutely sweet! 10/10 will definitely go back.“

“We’ve ordered pho to go before and tonight we dined in and ordered rice platter and vermicelli. I’m pleased to say this is one of the very solid Asian restaurants I’ve ever been to. And definitely one of the top in DC. I highly recommend and this will be one of our regular restaurants to go to since we live close by.“

“I rarely post reviews, but I make an exception for restaurants that leave a lasting impact, and this one definitely did! The pho was incredibly comforting and delicious. I’m already excited to come back next month when it’s cooler outside. The bánh mì was fresh and hot, bursting with flavor. Plus, our server was genuinely pleasant. Highly recommend this place!“

“ordered delivery. pho was perfect summer rolls were good and plentiful size for 12 year olds appetite. had combo pho and shrimp pho very pleased. wish I could get this where we live!!!“
“I have yet to find a vegan cheesesteak that matches up to the ones in Philadelphia (Basic 4 why did you have to leave!), but this was pretty tasty. I wasn't a huge fan of the roll, but the cheesesteak itself was good, and with precisely the right amount of onions and peppers. The vegan potato salad was great too. It's actually a ghost kitchen though - there are three other vegan restaurants from this window (Yang's Chinese, Pizza Loko, and Kimchi's Pho/Bibimbap) and you're probably best off getting delivery. There are other restaurants in the building as well ("food incubator") but those are the vegan ones run by the same owner.“
“This is not an dine-in restaurant currently, but I was looking for takeout anyway. The pho is excellent; large portions of chicken and beef in the respective soups, plenty of bean sprouts, jalapenos, and other additives, and decent amount of noodles. I also ordered a combination rice dish that came with small shrimp and I think chicken (dark meat so hard to tell), and it was very good, especially after I covered it with the sauce they gave me and then shook it to mix everything together. Total for 3 bowls of pho and the rice dish was somewhere around $50 and well worth the price.“
