“Passing through while traveling. Very friendly environment. Cashier and I had a wonderful conversation while waiting for my coffee but it wasn't hot enough when tasted before leaving and staff member didn't hesitate to remake another one. Pleasant atmosphere!“

“My son and I were getting a treat after an emergency dental appt. He got beat up the night before and we spent the evening in the ER. We didn't tell the Starbucks associate, Caine, any of this, but he sweetly upgraded my son's drink to a larger size and was quick, clever and kind. “My daughter and I go to starbucks daily as our treat. One of her staples is the strawberry acai refresher which is really good and tastes like strawberry, especially if you add in strawberry puree. Their new Canon ball drink is surprisingly refreshing and tastes good which I wasn't expecting since it combines two of the refreshers.... the strawberry acai and mango dragonfruit.....but it works! Cake pops are good and right now they have the red valentine heart pop. We often get the chocolate croissant warmed up which is really flaky, buttery and has a really good amount of chocolate and is not greasy like other places. Staff is super friendly and helpful, atmosphere is inviting and food is good! The egg bites seem small but are filling and taste really good! Coffee is top notch. I love the blonde vanilla latte and caramel lattes but honestly you're only limited by your imagination on your coffee orders. Would highly recommend compared to Dunkin because regardless of starbucks I go to...... service, quality of food and drinks is always good and consistent unlike dunkin donuts coffee/ drinks.“

“I have been coming to this Starbucks location for quite a long time to meet with an old professor of mine. Every time we go the baristas are very friendly and courteous. It is never too loud in there where conversations are difficult, not to mention they have always done a good job with my drink order. “I truly cannot express how grateful I am for the kindness shown at this location. I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong Starbucks, and without hesitation, they remade my order for me at no charge. They let me know it would be a short wait since they were busy, which I completely understood.
While I waited in the car and called the other location to cancel my original order, I sent my two oldest kids inside to grab my drink. To my surprise, they came back out with a complimentary hot chocolate from the barista.

“I ordered a lavender matcha and spent a significant amount of time in the drive-thru during my lunch break, only to receive a plain matcha instead. I was understandably disappointed. However, when I returned the next day, Ellisa was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She listened to my concern, resolved the issue promptly, and provided excellent customer service with a genuinely pleasant attitude. Her positive approach completely turned the experience around, and I truly appreciated her assistance.“

“Had a great experience my first time here but the second time I was treated with attitude by half of the staff. I placed a mobile order and got into the drive thru to pick it up (selected drive thru on the app), waited in line for 10 minutes and when I got to the window, I was told I needed to go park and come pick it up from another window. Yet if I had placed my order at the speaker it would have been ready, so I’m unsure why I was treated with poor attitudes and then having to get out of my car. If I wanted to get out of my car I would have selected that option and not the drive thru.“

“I wish I could give this Starbucks a 1000 ⭐. My son had blood taken and we came to Starbucks to get him something to eat. While waiting, he fainted. The nurses and doctors in line jumped into action and helped us. The employees, one in particular (wish I had her name) was very helpful and asking us if we need anything. “This specific Starbucks has my heart, during the seasons they have a board with delicious custom alternatives to the normal lattes and frappes. My favorite so far being the Pumpkin King during Halloween '23 and the Strawberry Crumble I had January '24 for Valentine's day. Me and my mother pick up medication at the target, so we frequently stop here. The staff are always nice and are almost always familiar. If you're ever at this target, stop by and get a frappe and a grilled cheese!“

“I’m indifferent to Starbucks food, that has nothing to do with this review but I wanted to leave this cause I just had a really nice experience. I came in 10min to close without realizing, the baristas didn’t say anything of it and were super kind and helpful. I came in wanting an iced tea, low calorie, but with cold foam and a lil brown sugar involved. The whipped me up a beautiful earl grey latte with cold foam, a pump of brown sugar, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a lil sugar free vanilla. It was wonderful. Highly recommend!!“

It would get pretty busy sometimes and the workers were always kind and patient with the customers regardless of how busy it was. Overall, really great experience!“

This review is for barista Rachael. I was 3rd to step in-line to be served. At the time, there was only one barista (Rachael) taking orders. As the line was growing, another barista noticed the line and opened the 2nd register. (Thank you for doing this! I'm sorry that I didn't get your name.) The 2 customers in-front of me were assisted by the 2nd barista who opened her register while the original barista, Rachael, was still assisting her customers. Rachael's customers finished up their transaction at the same time the 2nd barista's 2nd customer finished up. Rachael notioned to me that she was open to taking my order. I shared with Rachael that she was THE NICEST and MOST CONSIDERATE person to assist the previous customers. The customers were the true representation of customers that you don't want to deal with who had the poorest manners, a lack of consideration, thoughtlessness and tactlessness. I felt for you Rachael! Thank You for your genuine high quality of class. Your parents should be so proud to have instilled your qualities!

I support this Starbucks location for their original machine drip coffee. Most of the other Starbucks locations embraced the Clover machine which makes terrible tasing coffee, so much so that I can't support it. I love the nostalgic taste of the original Starbucks drip coffee!“

I’ve been coming to this location every morning, and often a second time in the afternoon, for almost a year. The staff here is consistently friendly, welcoming, and somehow manages to be cheerful even when I’m stumbling in half asleep, usually in pajamas, and not quite ready to participate in society yet.

The caramel ribbon crunch is always made perfectly, and every barista I’ve interacted with has done an amazing job. Great customer service can make a huge difference in someone’s day, and this team genuinely makes it a pleasure to stop in. They work hard, stay positive, and keep customers coming back… clearly, because they can’t seem to get rid of me. 😆

The only rough patch I’ve experienced was one small service hiccup, which I think was likely due to them being short staffed. Even then, they handled it well, stayed professional, and kept a positive attitude throughout.

Five stars all day long. Thank you for the great drinks, friendly faces, and for helping fuel my caffeine addiction one caramel ribbon crunch at a time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Unfortunately, they were out of my favorite; however I work in the food industry and totally understand that these kinds of things happen. Shipments get missed up, the needed supplies necessary per truck is always a gamble, and maybe more people than usual wanted the drink. The cashier was nice about it, and I enjoyed seeing her being trained by another helpful employee. Reminds me of when I was learned cash!“
