“First of all, DJ was awesome. The power went out from a bad storm. The line was long. He was such a pleasure when he took my order and helped me get everything I needed with a smile. The food was hot and fresh and I appreciate him helping me, especially during the storm we were having.“

“This place is amazing! I’m hooked on the Small White in Why? heat level. Finally a place with good sauces. Nothing bland about this place!“

“Excellent quality of food. The tacos and burritos are authentically Mexican and delicious! The owners are very attentive and friendly and the service is also fast. On top of that, the prices are very good too. We are glad that we stay close to home. :)“

“Food was good and hot, very friendly“

“I stopped by Zaxby’s in Winter Haven yesterday after the rain, and it was really crowded! 🌧🍗
There wasn’t anything seriously wrong with my experience, but I always believe there is room for improvement. I can’t give a five-star review every time just because everything was okay—I like to be honest about both the good and the things that could be better.
I do want to recognize Diego J., who was very friendly and pleasant when taking my order. Also, Ariel G. was very sweet and provided great customer service. Thank you both for being so kind! 😊
My biggest suggestion is about the drive-thru. I know there is currently only one lane, but Zaxby’s in Winter Haven is getting BUSY! 🚗🚗🚗 With the amount of traffic coming through, I really think it would be worth considering investing in a second drive-thru lane.
Overall, my experience was good, and I appreciate the employees who work hard to serve everyone, especially when it’s crowded. Just a little suggestion from a customer who sees the potential for improvement! ⭐“

“I tried Krispy Krunchy Chicken today at their new location inside Winter Haven Marathon, and it was incredible. The food is so delicious and fresh. You can taste the quality with every bite. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the store is clean. It’s hard to believe this amazing chicken joint is inside a gas station. It’s honestly the best chicken around!“
