“Honestly, after reading a lot of the reviews, they seem pretty exaggerated to me. I’m from Auburndale, and if you’re from here, you know how this Popeyes used to be. There used to be a manager who would yell at customers, and it made for a terrible experience. I spoke with the current General Manager, and he was upfront that they’re still working on improving things. Progress takes time, but there has definitely been progress. The staff is much friendlier, more approachable, and willing to make things right. Service can be slow at times, but I’d much rather wait a few extra minutes than deal with the way things used to be“
