“My spouse and I tried 1111 Nikkei for the first time today. We live in the area and decided to go on a lunch date. We arrived at 12 PM, when they open, and were the first folks there. The food was outstanding and came out quickly. We had the lomo saltado spring rolls, bao buns, tuna acevchiado roll, and the carretillero ceviche. “Food and service have been consistent and fresh. We go there when we want a light meal with no muss or fuss. They also have some menu item from the old Canton that used to be there for many years. I particularly like their Tuna poke bowl along with a hot pot of green tea. Their Pa ti is also very good. My wife likes to get a sushi roll, they are all good, and will share. Servers are very friendly. My wife is gluten free so we must be mindfully of that.“

“After several times visiting here, I feel the food quality here is above average comparing to other buffet, especially for the sashimi. I would say that the fish is really fresh but not in the high quality. But this is buffet, I don't expect we can get really high quality sashimi here. Maybe because it has many seafood, it is a little pricey. However, the options for other else are somehow less than some lower price buffet. The soup is on the average. The sweet tea is good. The pepper steak is good. I tell them to season mine because one time I ordered the pepper steak and it had no seasoning. I eat here three times a week, I like the Homestead Speedway roll, the dragon roll, the spicy Tuna roll, I have had their katsu, its served with a thick black sauce that is tangy and sweet and. I like it alot. I have tried the soft shell Crab and it's a whole fried crab. You eat the shell and all. It's not seasoned well, but still good. I sometimes crave it, but I get freaked out at what I'm eating lol brain and all. I order door dash from here and I go and sit in at the restaurant some days. The menu is large They only open for dinner after 5pm. The decor in this place is definitely 80s Japenese American. It's retro, throw back, out dated, however you want to say it but the decor is old and I dont mind it, so don't expect a modern bright lighted place to eat. My favorite part was definitely the drinks. They were all very tasty and very beautifully prepared. I decide to try different items on the menu Donburi bowls, Dumplings and sushi and not one thing disappointed the leftovers stood no chance. I would highly recommend this restaurant. “Solid Chinese takeout spot. I've ordered from here a few times now and it's always been a good experience. I live about a block away so it's nice to have a good Chinese takeout place close by for the nights when you just don't feel like cooking. Wait time is usually about 15-20 minutes for pickup. As is customary with Chinese takeout, the portions are very generous. Some entrees come with a side of rice in addition to the fried rice order, so we always have a ton of rice. My favorite is the honey chicken. They put the sauce on the side so I can control how much sauce I want. There's nothing worse than your chicken being so drenched in sauce that it's soggy. The chicken stays super crisp. I've also had the general tso, Orange chicken, spring rolls, and crab rangoons (could have put more filling but not bad). Hits the spot when you want Chinese takeout.“

The sashimi I'll say wasn't the freshest sashimi I've maybe ever had in my life but it was plentiful, beautifully plated and reasonably priced. So worth it, I'd say. Wonderful service from LeRoy, who we learned has been working here for nearly 18 years! We were very surprised the location has been around so long since it feels brand new and modern. LeRoy let us know it was recently remodeled - it definitely shows, it could have been built yesterday from how new it feels! The service is lightning fast and very friendly, And the prices are not too high either.“
