“JL’s has been a staple to my Navy family since the early seventies. We moved from Guantánamo Bay Cuba to Jacksonville.. Dad 95 years old and I had another great dinner! Liz, took care of us tonight, she went over and beyond the call of duty! I told her I wanted to get a new t-shirt when we finished dinner. “I am extemely grateful for being able to reserve time for 14 people on Mother's day when other places gave me the run around. We were given a private room to accomodate our large party, but noticed that the whole restaurant was very laid back and didn't feel overwhelmingly overcrowded. The Elevated Margarita is my new drink recommendation and all the seafood and sides tasted amazing. Our server also did a wonderful job taking care of us on our special day. Thank you!“

“Stopped in for good old fashioned fish and chips one night and Tony at the bar suggested that I come back on Thursday nights when it was the special. That was great advice. Two huge perfectly battered and fried planks of flaky white fish, delicious French fries and a couple of hush puppy's total hit the spot. Their homemade cocktail sauce is also great with the perfect amount of horseradish. Overall it was a great experience! Give them a try right off 295 and Old St. Augustine rd!“

The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! The piano 🎹 man, Roger Wood is so talented. He is such an old soul musician, plays the crooner standards that Baby Boomers love. Did I mention the food is fantastic. Vito's is such a fun time. It was a group of 10 of us celebrating the birthday of one in the group. Our server Misty was awesome, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. We shared the chocolate molten cake which was delicious, can’t find the appropriate word to describe because it was the BEST we have ever had. This is our favorite restaurant.“

“some people should really be ashamed of themselves i just witnessed a woman coming in the restaurant and claiming she is sick from the shrimp that she just ate and she want her money to be refunded. she claimed to feel so sick and nauseous that she maid have food poisoning and she will be going to the ER ... she was literally in the restaurant for 50 min and making a big deal out of everything... she got her money refunded and walks out to her car and puts a CIGAR in her mouth... lady if you are really that sick you wouldn't even feel like smoking... shame on you... I'm sorry for the girls in the restaurant working that had to deal with this person.. and thumbs up for staying calm... because just listening to that woman's BS made even me upset.“

“We are from Maryland but live in Atlanta metro area. We planned a trip to Orange park Florida for medical reasons for our son. We also visited a family member and they recommended Ocean city seafood for blue garlic crabs. We ordered 3 trays with sides of corn, potatoes and boiled eggs. The crabs and all of the food was so fresh and absolutely delicious. We returned the very next day to get 2 more trays . We also asked if we could order some garlic crabs for pickup the next morning to take back to Atlanta with us. We returned at 11 am next morning and the owners packed us up with those delicious crabs we headed back home. Did I mention how delicious and fresh all the food was ? The butter sauce was amazing too!! Whenever we travel back to Florida we will definitely stop by and get some more of the crabs. Excellent food !! Excellent service!!“
