“Talk about a superior and extraordinary dining experience. I can't believe how's just tucked away and you'd literally miss it. I guess it makes it a hidden gem and those never ever disappoint. Needless to say, the service is unmatched here from the moment you walk in. Started with a white wine, these are the dishes I opted for...summer salad, scallop crudo, koshihikari rice, black grouper and parfait. Need I say, everything single dish was a 10/10. Summer salad was perfectly balanced between the plums, nectarines and avocado and a little spice from the agua diablo. An explosion of flavors in every bite. The scallop crudo was like nothing I've ever tasted...perfectly cooked scallop with a little kick. The grouper was the star of the show...just perfection. The rice was a pleasant surprise of flavors that took shocked my palate a little but in the best way. Ended the meal with a very delicious rich parfait that wasn't overly sweet. I see why they're Michelin starred and it didn't disappoint, NOT ONE BIT. Space is underwhelming though. Not really romantic or cozy or aesthetically pleasing and very small but the food was without a doubt...PHENOMENAL, and that's all that really matters at the end.“

“I had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was great, but what really stood out was the service. Fabiola was very attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire visit.

And I especially have to highlight LUISA — her drinks were AMAZING. You can really tell how much talent and dedication she puts into every cocktail. Every drink was perfectly made, with incredible flavor and presentation. Honestly, some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time. Luisa truly made the experience even more special, and I would definitely come back mainly for her drinks. Highly recommend trying anything made by her.“

“I had the chance to visit Noe Sushi Bar, and it’s one of those places that really stands out for doing something different—and doing it well.

This isn’t your typical sushi spot. Noe brings a unique Ecuadorian twist to sushi, and the result is a bold, flavorful fusion that actually works. The rolls are creative, colorful, and packed with flavor. You get that perfect balance between fresh seafood, tropical elements, and just the right amount of sauces, nothing feels overwhelming or thrown together.

The quality of the ingredients is noticeable right away. The fish tastes fresh, the textures are on point, and every bite feels intentional. Some rolls lean slightly sweet or tangy, which adds to that signature Ecuadorian touch without losing the essence of sushi.

I got to the Homestead store and of course my order was not there. Well I called back and explained and asked what coul I do . IO was like let me speak to my Manager. “I had such a great experience at P.F. Chang’s at The Falls! From the moment we were seated, our server, Haley, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing dining experience.

Haley recommended the Mongolian Beef, and I’m so glad I trusted her suggestion because it’s officially my new favorite dish! She was knowledgeable about the menu, answered all of our questions with a smile, and made excellent recommendations. Throughout the meal, she was attentive without ever being intrusive, kept our drinks filled, and made sure everything came out perfectly.

It’s easy to tell Haley genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in providing exceptional service. The food was fantastic, but her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude are what truly made the visit memorable.

“When we arrived, the restaurant had plenty of available tables.. the gentleman, host, asked if we wanted to sit at a table that he pointed to. The table next to the table, he pointed to had a caution sign that one would find on a floor if there's some sort of water spill. I found it a little odd for him to ask if we wanted to sit next to the table that had that sign. We actually suggested that perhaps he should take down that huge caution sign since it's not really appetizing while eating to see that type of sign on top of a table.. we were there for about an hour, and he never took it down.. “
