McDonald's in Kissimmee

“Getting the order right on these new computer ordering screens was a challenge but the McDouble, french fries and milk shakes were very good. Just the way I remember them many years ago. A better meal than we were given at the Coronado restaurant RIX or the Mercado. Their food has changed and was very disappointing. We tried both, returned our food at both and went to McDonald's.“

“I have been eating a lot of McDonald's lately with all the monopoly rewards coming in. I've had most locations in the surrounding area and can confidently say: this is the best one! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, in between. Drive thru or dine in. The staff is SO kind, the food is always fresh and actually fast. 10/10 location- I hope their staff is treated well and rewarded often for their hard work!“

“I decided a week later to go to a different McDonald's to see if I had a better experience. Let's just say HUGE shout out to the McDonald's in Celebration, FL. It was overall a great experience. Even though it was busy, my food came out quick. It was also hot and fresh!

I decided to get the McDonaldland Meal again in hopes that I would actually get the shake this time! It was well worth it. Thick and creamy and full of flavor.

The fries were cooked to perfection with the right amount of salt and the nuggets were the best I have ever had. They were light and crunchy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside! Paired with the sweet and sour sauce, it was simply amazing.

I was also excited to actually get to open the collectible, since the lady at the last restaurant took mine from me. I got the Hamburgler! Loved the stickers and postcards. So fun! Hope to get the rest of the set.

Thanks to Mayor McCheese and all the residents of McDonaldland, this time I didn't leave McDisappointed, instead I left 100% McSatisfied! #imlovinit“

“I really don't like the new ordering system. Today after making a large order, it said unable to complete, so had to wait and redo order at the counter, took twice as long. Otherwise food good, the people were great. Place was clean.“

“How can a McDonald's get a 5 star? SERVICE! Excellent. As for the food....good food as always. Don't expect amazing food... great location... a lot going on in this area! Clean and good quiet atmosphere the day we were there. Thank you to the sweet older lady and the young Hispanic manager who were there to help customers!“

“Eaten here (both in the restaurant and takeaway) over the last 30+ years whilst on vacation. Yes it can get really busy and be a little slow on service but over all those years 80% or more of the visits have been decent both in terms of food and service which is why we keep returning“

“Rarely a bad attitude unlike some other local locations!
Love going through the drive through in the morning and being greeted so cheerful as if we've know each other for years. Plus it does not hurt that the food is always hot and ready, quick in and out location.“

“Dirty tables are not typical of McDonald's. This was my first stop at this location. Also, this is a location with no soft drink station in the dining room. I only got an iced coffee. I understand that McDonald's might do away with free refills at some of these locations. I was told there is a limit of two refills at some locations, although I was given additional refills free anyway.

Dietary restrictions: It's McDonald's. Get pickles and onions or don't get them. That's about it

“Compared to the McDonald’s On Cypress Parkway this McDonald’s is WAY AT BEST . If you ask for the food to be fresh ITS FRESH. I never go inside but there’s the same girl many days a week at night I normally go every day inbetween the times of 10-11 pm her mannerism her persona she is truly amazing I tell her every time I see her that she belongs Else Where Not at a McDonald’s Her name I believe is Milenis she told me If the people they have working in front counter would be the same because they’re the real greeters and the first faces that are seen then maybe this place wouldn’t have so many bad reviews“

“Most people give a review when they have a bad experience and just keep going about their day if the experience was good.

I just gotta say no one is perfect and as humans, the only thing we can do is try our best.

Now I've seen a staff that does their best even when they are super mega busy. Like any other restaurant of fast food, they prioritize drive thru but like I said they are doing their best to give the service to every one that stops by and for that I would give 5 stars.“

“I ordered DoorDash tonight and got a 20 piece chicken McNugget and they sent one sweet-and-sour sauce when I requested three on the DoorDash app. It was on the ticket too, so they saw it…or at least they should have (if they were paying attention.) They just didn’t fulfill the order. My hamburger was cold and my french fries were the wrong size. I tried to call the store three times and a young man answered and hung up on me three times. I am calling back tomorrow to speak to a manager, but I am very angry tonight about my food and the fact that I can’t reach a manager tonight. I paid a mint for it to be delivered and the least they could do is get it right!

Spoke with the manager today who was super super apologetic for the experience that I had with the young man on the phone last night. He said he would take care of that situation, but in the meantime, he replaced my entire order and sent tons of sweet-and-sour sauce to me.. I just wanted to show my appreciation by changing my review. I never expected that replacement and I am more than grateful! it also means the world that he heard my frustration about the call last night and was more than willing to make it right.“
