The ambiance is so peaceful my guest didn't even realize the music was live (candidly, neither did I). Axel appeared at just the right moments, every time, never rushed, never absent. We ate everything. The Sunday Asado was abundant without being wasteful, full of flavor and intention. And the burnt cheesecake? I broke my own rule and went back for seconds. Faena isn't just dinner. It's theater.“

Food came out rather quickly, so it was overall a nice experience with good food. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey, but hey, it is Miami.“

“I have been going to the kobo cafe since 2023 and I have to say it’s always a great experience I’m a regular and Tanya always gives me excellent service her coffee is to die for and she has such an amazing personality and Donald is always quick with his service as well all in all I give the kobo a 10 out of 10 great place to pass by before you go to the beach.“

“A very delightful, ambient and upscale café within Fontainebleau hotel it is located right near the lobby area. It’s open from morning 7 AM to 10 PM every day their coffees are amazing. The showstopper is the rotating ice cream machine that they have. I highly recommend anybody who is interested in trying some new Flavas to visit this place I am a coffee fan and love to come here almost 3-4 times a day.

Staff is nice quick and very helpful. They also have some light snacks and bakery items which you can munch on throughout the day.

I give this a five star for service food, ambience, and overall quality. Keep it up. 👍“

“Good variety of food options. A bit pricey but still more reasonably priced than the majority of the Lincoln Road tourist restaurants, and better food too. Definitely worth a visit.“

“For coffee shops, I base them off of the atmosphere first since I usually do work at them with the coffee quality being just as important. The atmosphere here was amazing, it is tucked away with plants and gives you a nice cozy area. The coffee was great quality and the service was great. Pricing can be more than normal but I am fine with it paying for the scenery.“

“This is a Seattle-based Italian style coffee chain. It was one of my all time favorite/go-to spots when I lived in Seattle and I was thrilled to find a location here. They have excellent coffee, as well as teas, pastries, and gelato! I recommend an affogato or a cappuccino freddo for a hot Miami day.“

This morning, I stopped by Miami Joe Coffee Co. for a quick coffee and ended up leaving with a big smile thanks to the amazing service. From the moment I walked in, Pedro, the barista, made my day—he greeted me warmly with a genuine smile and respectful eye contact. His friendly and professional attitude really stood out and created a welcoming start to the morning.

I ordered a coffee and a chocolate croissant, and both were excellent. The coffee was rich and smooth, and the croissant was fresh, flaky, and just the right amount of chocolatey. The space itself is cozy, clean, and a great spot to relax or grab a quick bite.

It’s those small, genuine moments of kindness like Pedro’s that turn a regular coffee run into something memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I stayed at the Blue Moon hotel across the street when I visited Miami back in FEB 2022 and tried this bakery out as I love sweets. I do not recall what sandwich I had besides it having tomatoes, Prosciutto and arugula but it was really good for being so simple. However, the reason for my review was their fruit tarte. One of the best I have tried. If you are passing by grab one!! I believe on their menu it is called "The beautiful Fruit Tart"“

I had them customize a Cuban sandwich and convert it into a Cuban salad to fit my low carb lifestyle. They made it to perfection and provided fantastic customer service during my experience. “Absoluetely love this Starbucks.. for locals like myself, It's our little sanctuary here in Miami beach. Walkable and so many locals come here to work, have meetings and chill while enjoying our brews. I notice there have been alot of changes to staff lately but one of the things I LOVE most about this location is how some of the baristas have literally become like family: greeting you when you walk in, remembering your drink order and doing their best to always do it right, with a smile and warm approach, and if they get it wrong their is no hesitation to remake it. I want give a special thank you to Angie, Rosy, David, Enrique, Luciano and Siaia who are wonderful and so very pleasant over the more than 7 years I've been coming here, since the store opened.

On the other hand, I have encountered a few new baristas, Andrea in particular, who maybe doesnt have that same level of hospitality and on more than one occasion has been rude and snappy with both me and other patrons getting their drinks. This I've witnessed personally.

Though I completely understand things can get hectic, customers may be grumpy, lines can be long, etc.. I do hope that Starbucks takes into account that one bad apple can deter customers from coming back to the store.“

Not only was the coffee actually to die for but Char herself is an exceptional human.
