“The food is amazing and incredibly well done. Portions are very generous for a very reasonable price, but the service was the absolute clencher for me. Our server was the absolute best and so friendly & knowledgeable of the menu. She made it a pleasure to be there and I couldn’t get enough of the amazing food from the starters to desert. “I stopped in today around brunch time! I got a steak & egg sandwich and large iced latte with caramel and vanilla. My boyfriend got a bacon & cheese croissant! Which were both amazing. The server Dolly was super helpful and sweet. I would definitely recommend to others! 🤍“

“The food at El Guanaco is the best hands down. I refer people all the time for food . We have been going a few years but not much the last few months due to the service. Sometimes you can put up with mediocre service because the food is so good . But today was the second time service was subpar… Today we waited 20 minutes and still no order taken ….There was another table with no beverages that was sat before us . We decided to leave and offered to pay for the beverages and chips but they would not let us pay . The cashier said she could take our order but we already had waited and decided it was best to just go ahead and leave …On the way out there were 3 vacant tables inside ….If we eat El Guanico in the future we will order to go because the service is just not there anymore. The food is the best but not going back anytime soon to dine in …Food 5 ⭐️ service 3⭐️…..“

“I can't believe we've lived in Broward for so long and never tried this place!

I was hesitant at first because I'm not a big fan of fruits in cream based or chocolate desserts
...but this was delicious!

The staff is very kind and helpful and service is quick.

We got:

Chocolate + Vanilla Swirl Cone : Super creamy, delicious and the cone was oddly amazing. Super crunchy and fresh.

Vanilla + Cherry , Vanilla + Strawberry, Chocolate + Coconut, and Vanilla + Mango :
Super creamy and yummy. The fruit- based Italian Ice add-ins have natural fruit and are not over sweet. It complements the vanilla custard perfectly.

What a great sweet treat from a local staple, with good prices and kind staff.
