“I love Chic-fil-a, but almost every time we order for pickup, something is wrong or missing from the order.
They are always super accommodating and happy to correct it, but this requires returning to the store, which costs time and convenience. I get that it will happen sometimes, but for us it’s often. A little QC’ing of the orders will go along way.

The most recent experience we had two of the four sandwiches missing. I went back and they remade the whole order (which was a great gesture). But, when we got back home (the second time) to eat, I took a bite of my sandwich and some sort of plastic or foil product wrapper mixed in the sandwich. At that point, I felt like I couldn’t go back and say anything, even I found it hard to believe.“

“I lived in Clermont 20 years, We used to go to this chick filet on lunch break. Went tonight and well, looks really different they have fast tracked this drive thru for serious numbers. wow, I almost got scared off by all the ipads waiting to take my order, but it was easy, even for this old guy. “Today was a brand new experience. They open at 6am which generally is the time we are passing through. However, we were delayed about 30-40 minutes and what a difference that made. We are working at this time so we usually drive through and eat on the road. After being asked to pull over and park for delivery of our food. No problem. Where my problem arose was after waiting 35 minutes for our food, it wasn't right. Being that we were starved by then, we ate what we got. I do not see a return visit anytime in the near future. There's a Hardee's right up the road.“

“I've been to this Chick-fil-A restaurant several handful of times. The food is always good. My favorites are the deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese, chicken tenders and nuggets with honey mustard sauce, cherry coke, and peach milkshake. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
I went with my wife earlier in the week to get a peach shake. And horror of horrors, it's no longer on the menu. So I got my usual cherry coke.. I got chicken tenders, and I ate the blueberries from my wife's fruit salad.
I wonder sometimes if my wife doesn't live in this place. I like it, but not two or three times a week.“

“I went to this location on Friday and it was an amazing experience, the food was actually good and fresh. There was a bit of a wait time but it was worth it The employees were welcoming and had smiles on their faces, even though they were playing at the register in groups of huddle I can tell they are teenagers and are just having fun. The dinning room was packed so we decided to sit at the patio. There was a manager by the name of Cici, she delivered our food and mentioned the survey but I lost my ticket and wasn’t able to leave a review for my free scoop. I must say I’ve been to plenty of resturaunts, and Cici was so delightful. Her smile was contagious, I watched her attend guest in the dinning room, she was personable, and hospitable. You usually don’t see managers in fast food resturaunts interacting with guests. She came back to check on us and took our trays. It was amazing service! I hope it’s like this every time we come in. I know this is not the same as a survey on the receipt, I would still like to receive my free scoop. If not that is ok I will be returning back to get a meal, fill the survey, and get my free scoop! I just wanted to tell you guys thank you for an amazing experience.“

“My family of six….here on vacation… was stranded in the parking lot of this Arby’s for over five hours while my husband replaced the alternator in our van. The employees at this Arby’s were absolutely some of the best humans on earth. Nancy came and passed out cold waters to my four children and us. The manager on duty, Tony, came to check on us and offered for the children to stay inside in the cool, offered us drinks, and food. After over five hours, we came in to wash up and Tony gave us food and drinks for the long drive home. This type of hospitality is hard to find, and I am so thankful my children could witness such caring humans. These folks will always be remembered by my family. “we had never been to a blaze pizza before and let the girl at the counter Kaylee, know we didn't know what to do, she rolled her eyes and put a smiley face sticker on our paper and told us what to do, but didn't finish explaining because her friends came in behind us. She proceeded to blatantly ignore us and say hi to her friends, get their orders and push them in front of us. Thankfully Tee came over as we stood their obviously not aware of what to do next, and she was sweet and helped us discover we could add any toppings we wanted and get dips as well. If it wasn't for Tee, I would have walked out!! Pizza was good for fast food and the Greek salad was fine, but I couldn't believe how blatantly ignorant the young girl was, she had the audacity to ring us up and forgot we were first timers and then acted like oh yeah do this and this and heehee. Ugh....really? As her friends cut in line in front of us and got amazing special great service.

“This Tijuana location is pretty solid, and I’ve been to several in Florida. Food came out quickly and it was very hot when it came out, which believe it or not is not always necessarily the case at other Tijuana locations for whatever reason.“

I recommend that one if you don’t know what you want to get when you come here. Try that one it’s fabulous! “I love this chicken more than KFC . For a gas station this chicken is awesome! I went there a while ago and the guy gave me thighs when I asked for breasts. I was upset when I got home of course so I drove back and they gave me what I paid for! That was great! I go there at least once a month or more. Go try it you won't be disappointed.“

“Addy was so great to us for our wedding celebration! The food and drinks were amazing, lots of compliments for our choice of food to serve haha. She communicated a time that she’d be at the location to start cooking and setting up. She set everything up beautifully and I’m very thankful because it rained on our wedding day and our wedding party had to figure out how to move everything around to keep it dry. In the midst of planning changes with the rain I didn’t get to communicate where are table decor was for her to use. But she had a couple things of her own and she still dressed the table up so nicely, I’m very very thankful for that. I feel like catering is one of the harder things to deal with for your wedding but Addy made it seem easy even with the rain.

Love the French Dip at Firehouse Subs—it’s always a winner! Tender roast beef, melted provolone, and that rich au jus for dipping make it absolutely delicious as usual. Perfectly toasted roll, great flavors every time.
Only downside was using the app to order: it glitched a couple times and took forever to process my customizations. A bit frustrating, but the sandwich was worth the hassle. Will definitely be back!“

“First time going there, staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Got the Taco Salad it was great couldn't finish the entire thing so I have left overs. It made me think of how Taco Bell use to make theirs back in the 90s when it was good. On top of that the price was good for what I got definitely better priced than Chipotle and tastes way better!“
