“The Chick-fil-a in Clermont is always a busy place. Today was extra busy because of the rain and lightning. All the staff, especially the poor man standing in the rain, did a phenomenal job. Each employee was working very hard and were dealing with a lot of different situations. Great job everyone!“

“If I could give more stars for service I would… I visited in August and was unfortunately double charged on the kiosk. I called a day or two later and the manager on the phone said she would follow up and see what she could do. About a week and a half later, I called back for an update and she said they didn’t have record of the double charge, but that if I came in she would help me. My work schedule is all over the place and I knew I wouldn’t have an opportunity to come in for a while. Tonight I was able to come in and show my receipt, call log from when I contacted the store, and showed the double charge on my card. I felt very awkward about asking for help, but Wesley was so patient and understanding and was so kind and helped me out. I was so anxious and shaky because I didn’t want to be a bother, but I really appreciate him helping me. There was also a girl who was a cashier who said she was new, she was also very kind. I appreciate the care they took to help me with something I felt very uncomfortable doing. Thank you for the simple human kindness and understanding, it really goes a long way!“

I told the manager about this, he told me that I heard wrong and completely ignored my feedback. Culvers has a zero language tolerance, can't believe the manager backed up his employees rather than listening to the customer. Not sure if I will return to Culvers location.“

“This is my "go-to" place for lunch after pickleball. The food is prepared on the spot, so it is fresh. Great flavor! I typically order the Gyro with fries. The portions are generous. Friendly service. It is not a fancy place, but it is very clean. A great choice for tasty Gyros meal at a reasonable price.“

“My family of six….here on vacation… was stranded in the parking lot of this Arby’s for over five hours while my husband replaced the alternator in our van. The employees at this Arby’s were absolutely some of the best humans on earth. Nancy came and passed out cold waters to my four children and us. The manager on duty, Tony, came to check on us and offered for the children to stay inside in the cool, offered us drinks, and food. After over five hours, we came in to wash up and Tony gave us food and drinks for the long drive home. This type of hospitality is hard to find, and I am so thankful my children could witness such caring humans. These folks will always be remembered by my family. “I’ve been eating at Tijuana Flats for years and have been through the ups and downs. Since the Ocoee location got Nick as the GM they have really turned everything around. The food quality and consistency is light years ahead of where it was, and I am back to being a regular on Taco Tuesday. I’d be remiss if I didn’t also mention the team, especially Bella. It’s always good to see familiar faces, and I’m grateful Nick had this location dialed in after a long period of neglect. Thanks Nick and Bella, keep up the great work!“

“I have non-celiac gluten sensitivity so I got the gluten free bread for my sandwich. It was phenomenal!! It was a good size, tasted/had the texture of regular bread, and didn't fall apart; gluten free people know how GF breads tend to just crumble into pieces. This bread does not and it's worth the upcharge!“

It made me think of how Taco Bell use to make theirs back in the 90s when it was good. On top of that the price was good for what I got definitely better priced than Chipotle and tastes way better!“

We bought a bunch of stuff, but I got blown away The Grilled Cheese Burrito is AMAZING! The one in the silver wrap, was so good 😊 OMG. I recommend that one if you don’t know what you want to get when you come here. Try that one it’s fabulous! The total for 7 food items and one drink was under $30, can’t beat the price and we got full so full that at least me, ate again 10 hours later.
