“I have been here twice now and can say this is just a really fun experience. If you enjoy craft cocktails, or just even something different than the usual fine dining scene GO! You will not regret it.

Onto the details! (without giving too much away). Prepare for like a tasting menu of cocktails. The times I have been there have been 4 cocktails, each paired with a bite of food, and an amuse-bouche. The experience is themed around a 70s-90s cult classic movie that rotates a couple times a year. So far I have been to Karate Kid and Pulp Fiction. They try to do everything they can to lean into the themes, which makes for some really fun drinks (and glasses).

It takes about an hour and a half and there are add-ons as well, I would always recommend the bump, and they probably will too. If you are a big drinker you can supplement with an additional craft cocktail, which are also delicious. If you are a light weight no worries, the standard menu will treat you just right.

The food bites are usually really good for what you would expect out of a taco joint in a bus... Think a mix between bar food and fine dining while trying to adhere to the theme. All together really good flavors and fun bites.

The service, atmosphere, food, and drinks are all top notch. It is just a really fun night, this spot makes for a great date night. Let loose, get into it, and have a great time.

Some tips:
It is two to a table, probably not the place to crowd in with 12 of your friends, although apparently the later serving can get rowdy.

Only bummer is this place is 21 and up and we couldn’t all go in and enjoy the wings, but it is busy and worth the long line!“

“You could very easily have a terrible night here… that is possible…. Although, everything is possible… I walked up and had my bag checked (totally appropriate). Met the bartenders (4 on for a slow night)… it was karaoke and took a moment to get the speakers going (totally happens)… Front patio leads to the main spaces… you have a smoking area sectioned off in the front… back patio and a pool table…. Two restrooms with someone monitoring it (no powder room honey bee)….. this place is AMAZING…. Clientele ranges from local to Sexy to SEXY!! You can feel yourself without feeling on someone else.. Class without sass type of vibe… honestly I had the best experience out of every other bar within the inner city.. across the street from the best food scene in the city…………. As an outsider looking in… leave the ego at the door and enjoy the local vibe… Not a good place for They/Them (not capable to handle your vibe) not a good place for Midtown Millionaires (just why show up)…. It’s a small space with quality people…. Do yourself a favor and let yourself go….. everyone was MEGA friendly….. Although…… Although….. “Such a great place! The vibe, layout, and music are great, and the crowd is a good mix of people. But I have to give the most credit to the people...fun, friendly, and excellent customer service! I have always had a good time here, but this past weekend was above and beyond. I hosted a friend's birthday which was an impromptu idea, and although last minute, the team at Holiday Bar stepped right up. First Erin, who handles events, helped me with deciding on the logistics, and even though I was asking for a space for the very next day, on a Friday, she was so kind and was committed to making something work, and she absolutely did! Then we get to day of, and the weather was not cooperating, and that is when Tom, the Operations Manager, stepped in with the proactive decision to move us inside, but it didn't stop there...the rest of the night, Tom and team were amazing with service, checking in on us, and ensuring all details were taken care of making this evening more than we even expected! A huge thank you to Tom, Erin, and the Holiday Bar team for an awesome night! We will definitely be back very soon, and this will remain a go to spot!“

“I went out with some friends after attending the opening night of The Atlanta Black Theatre Festival. We had loads of laughs, and our waiter joined in and added to the laughter. The menu is very limited and geared towards patrons with a slightly more sophisticated pallet than the average person. I believe I had The Bronzino, which was trout on a bed of veggies with a special red sauce.
The fish was cooked to perfection with a nice crunch on the outside and juicy and flavorful on the inside. The veggies were the perfect size and had a nice soft crunch to them as well. The sauce was bursting with flavor!
I should've taken a Pic of my plate afterwards, cuz it was clean! Lol
We sat on the patio. It was nice, but they never turned the patio lights on, so the lighting was very dim. But it was a cool atmosphere.“
