“Chick fila my favorite place to go for a breakfast on the run when I don’t have time for breakfast at home. The chicken minis are theee best breakfast meal! The bread on them is so good! If you haven’t tried them you must try it! They are available for breakfast only!“
“Every morning during my break I visit this location for an early morning breakfast. The staff is very friendly, attentive and easy to talk to considering how early it is. The portions are always generous and they try to get my order out to me as quickly as they can.“

So happy i came to this location in Lenox Mall because Avery was so friendly and welcoming even while with another customer yet being attentive to that said customer. “Food is always good. They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“
“One of the best CFA restaurants that I have encountered so far. Friendly team members, super clean and tidy restaurant, and I can see the owner personally working hard to clear off the queue inside and outside at the drive through during a Saturday 11am transition from breakfast to lunch time. I also observed a team member singing along while cleaning the table, a sign that this is a pleasant workplace for him.
Bottomline, my favourite place that I keep returning when I’m around the area.“
“Went to grab a bite after my treatment at the hospital earlier. It was for breakfast 😋. Since I had to take my medicine 💊. The crew there was very polite and they were eagered to assist not only myself but others that was there. It was a pleasure to grab a bite and keep it moving. I will definitely be going back“

“Forst time eating at this restaurant, it's a good alternative to fast food. The food style (Mediterranean) was a very healthy choice and very feeling. Everything was great about the food, but the wait time is unbearable. This restaurant seemed to be understaffed, some customers walked in and walked out due to the wait time.
Dietary restrictions: I'm pre-diabetic so the choices were very helpful and healthy.

“The team did a great job providing excellent service, a positive atmosphere, and welcoming guests with a smile. My standard is always either the 12 count nuggets or chicken sandwich. I also enjoy the chicken biscuits. This is a too busy location, and you need to be a bit patient. It is worth it.“

“I have been to this location countless amounts of times and I have to say by far, Abby is the most deserving and extraordinary manger/employee they have. Every single interaction my husband or I have had with her, was a memorable and amazing interaction compared to some of the others we have had here. You can tell she values and cares for her job and the customers. To be able to tell someone’s values, respect and leadership from small interactions says a lot about someone. We have seen her handle conflict and the way she handles herself shows the skilled communicator she is. She is very clearly emotionally intelligent. We will be coming back here just to have the blessing of running in to her on her shifts! I don’t know what she’s paid but whatever it is, she deserves a raise!!!!! We never leave reviews but this girl deserves one!“
“I've never ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered two of the grilled chicken sandwiches and the rolls were awful. Stale and they literally fell apart when we tried to pick them up. I returned them to the store and. I have to admit, the manager, Dexter, did a spectacular job of correcting the situation. I told him I didn't want another sandwich, just some grilled nuggets and chicken strips. Not only did he exchange the sandwiches for the new items, but he gave us the larger size of both AND gave us a refund. Now that's customer service!“

Located on Marietta Street in the heart of downtown Atlanta near parks, public transportation, restaurants, stadiums, and I think a grocery store is now located within walking distance.“
“Consistent location. You can always expect a good experience here. For drive-tru, the experience is fairly good. If they’re busy or have double lines, don’t get discouraged. They move fairly efficiently. Expect an extra 10-15min wait in those cases.
Either way. Food quality is amazing and service is great.“

Amazing dedicated workers who keep professionalism. The spicy chicken sandwich???? COOKED TO PERFECTION EVERY TIME. Came to the drive thru one day for a late dinner (I was the one of those people who were last minute before they closed :’) so sorry) and I kid you not, the fries were perfect and not soggy, and the chicken was still juicy, crunchy and seasoned well. I’ve been to other Chick Fil A’s where I promise you…it really depends on the location and how they cook certain things. NOT ALL chick fil a’s are the same. But this one, I can count on to be consistent and cook everything properly!!😁💖

When I called to let them know I had an error in my order Miley(?) let me know I could just come back in with my receipt to get things corrected. “Probably one of the best Chicken Biscuits ive had ever… Rating this CFA biscuit a 9.5/10. It’s squared cut which I’m not mad about. Buttery softness and the proportional size to the center circle of the wrapper is a key indication of a proper size biscuit 9/10. The chicken is up to the edges of the biscuit and as much as I like overhang it’s a clean distribution 10/10. The ratio of chicken to breading is a 9/10 because either could be a little thicker, but not veiny cut so that’s a plus. Temperature was a 10/10 not too hot and couldn’t put it down. Purchased at the Akers Mill/Cobb Parkway drive-thru only CFA Great start to a Tuesday.“

“Unfortunately, the last few times, my food has been measly.
There is almost never any salt on the fries and this time my coke zero was pretty terrible. The syrup to soda ratio is messed up or they ran out and I got the disgusting soda essence flat water.
The people are pleasant and quick, but the food is unfortunately almost worth going miles further to a different one.“
“This place is pretty top tier especially considering where the are located. When you go inside you forget your so close to bankhead. You forget about the people outside. Chick fila does its thing with the employees they need to write a Manuel because every chick fil a go I go into have great customer service. They are very kind. Or at least the kind one stand out. And of course the food doesn't miss... Well except the cold salad bacon on the Mac and cheese. They forgot to put my on and ha to put it on later so it didn't get warm while the Mac was hot.. but the bacon was good.. just cold.“
“I saw a long line and was discouraged. However - it moved delightfully fast. Hostess was friendly (and even sang). I love how they respect their employees by not making them work on Sundays.
