“This CFA is BAIG. Best at its game. Being in a busy spot of town, with hospital workers constantly in and out… they have perfected service. Quick, pleasant, and clean. We were in and out at the busiest time. Food was made exactly how we ordered, and looked as if each order was carefully curated. Staff is phenomenal. They all deserve a raise for how efficient they are.“

“I was disappointed about the Cobb salad I received medium fry with four waffles and crumbs in a large drink I've never had a problem with the the amount of chicken they put in a salad but this one was really really disappointing. For $15 & change you expect to be a lot better.“

“Outstanding customer service and the food is always delicious ? (this is every single location that I've gone to). And it's always a treat for me to indulge in good fast food at these establishments -- no wonder why the take-out line wraps around the block. ?“

“Food is always good. They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“

“Ordered grilled tenders but got fried. Was too far away at my gate when I realized it. They were good but still didn’t order fried. The cashier was great, the guy who handed my food was cool, just somewhere on the bagging it got messed up.“

“Forst time eating at this restaurant, it's a good alternative to fast food. The food style (Mediterranean) was a very healthy choice and very feeling. Everything was great about the food, but the wait time is unbearable. This restaurant seemed to be understaffed, some customers walked in and walked out due to the wait time.

“My husbae and I had lunch date over at this chick a fila; he actually ordered my salad and my salad was divine!.... from the texture and the taste. it was the garden salad with the apples, strawberries, blueberries, the different nuts, shredded chicken and i topped it off with the avocado lime ranch- the way i was chewing, dancing and enjoying that salad. i recommend this salad frfr and Husbae knows me so well to have made a choice of salad for me.“

“Every single time I go to this location, it NEVER disappoints. I never get my order wrong and they are always efficient despite being backed up and wrapped around the drive thru. Amazing dedicated workers who keep professionalism. The spicy chicken sandwich???? COOKED TO PERFECTION EVERY TIME. Came to the drive thru one day for a late dinner (I was the one of those people who were last minute before they closed :’) so sorry) and I kid you not, the fries were perfect and not soggy, and the chicken was still juicy, crunchy and seasoned well. I’ve been to other Chick Fil A’s where I promise you…it really depends on the location and how they cook certain things. NOT ALL chick fil a’s are the same. “I just want to say thank you to the management that was staffed on 3/26/24. My wife and three children visited this location on our way out of state due to the unexpected death of my 21yr old niece. We went inside to order, no line and back to the van to eat on the road. We always order a 30 count for the kids, but realized that we forgot to pack any travel plates as we would normally do for a planned trip. I went back in to ask for some containers and there was a long line. I saw a manager that spoke to me when I was ordering earlier sitting at a nearby table and she saw I needed help. Well when she asked I broke down right there in the restaurant. She jumped right up to help and not only gave us three containers for my kids, but gave them each a cookie. It’s the smallest things that matter sometimes.“

“Consistent location. You can always expect a good experience here. For drive-tru, the experience is fairly good. If they’re busy or have double lines, don’t get discouraged. They move fairly efficiently. Expect an extra 10-15min wait in those cases.

Either way. Food quality is amazing and service is great.“

“All was going well until an angry customer came in talking loud and yelling at employees behind the counter because they attempted to make sure the to go order was his food. I guess due to the location ppl come in and grab to go food that doesn't belong to them.

When I used to live in New York, my go restaurant was Wendy's, but here in Atlanta, things are very different. “So I brought my friend Zoe here from Kingston, Jamaica it’s her first time eating at Chick-fil-A and what a warm and heartfelt welcome she received!! When We got here at Chick-fil-A We had such an amazing experience here they brought out like the red carpet vibes!! Brought out beautiful fresh red roses for us both and gave my friend a gift card for her next visit!! The food was fresh and hot! ? This has been the best service you could ask for everybody said my pleasure everybody was on point the manager Ashley was very nice and very professional. “I think any trip to Atlanta isn't complete without a trip to a local Chick-fil-A. Fortunately, this location was across the street from my hotel.

I love combo #11. The cheese and fries always make a great meal. I love the chicken as well.“

“Probably one of the best Chicken Biscuits ive had ever… Rating this CFA biscuit a 9.5/10. It’s squared cut which I’m not mad about. Buttery softness and the proportional size to the center circle of the wrapper is a key indication of a proper size biscuit 9/10. The chicken is up to the edges of the biscuit and as much as I like overhang it’s a clean distribution 10/10. The ratio of chicken to breading is a 9/10 because either could be a little thicker, but not veiny cut so that’s a plus. Temperature was a 10/10 not too hot and couldn’t put it down. Purchased at the Akers Mill/Cobb Parkway drive-thru only CFA Great start to a Tuesday.“

“The service was great! The staff was super friendly and efficient. They easily kept the conversation going while I was ordering and paying. Every employee had a smile on their face! Looking back into their workspace it was very clean! The food came out super fast as well, less that 3 minutes! The fries came out perfectly crispy and fresh! I would 100come back again!!!“

There is almost never any salt on the fries and this time my coke zero was pretty terrible. The syrup to soda ratio is messed up or they ran out and I got the disgusting soda essence flat water.
The people are pleasant and quick, but the food is unfortunately almost worth going miles further to a different one.“

My service is usually pretty quick if I avoid the rushes. Peak times are anywhere from 8-9 and from 12-2pm and is absolutely slammed. If you avoid these times you're likely to get better service and hotter food.“

“After having a bad morning elsewhere, I went to Chikfila and ate well. Actually brightened my day. Had a one-sies chicken filet with my sausage biscuit breakfast that boosted protein. Delicious and cost effective nutrition for a grouchy diabetic. In my book. this location is the Chikfila of the month. Touche'. Your customers needed more protein and you, the savvy merchants of the month, listened and came up with a better deal. The ability to buy one strip at a time to supplement a carb heavy breakfast sandwich. Gotta love you for this fwd. thinking customer service skills approach to the baby boomer dilemma. “Would be a perfect chickfila if all of the parking up front wasn’t for delivery drivers or some other private purpose. Some of us just wanna get in and get our carry out haha!
