“My fellow traveler and I stopped by on our way home to Virginia. It was a long day of travel, delayed flights, we just wanted to sit down and chill. We didn’t expect much out of an airport restaurant… But we were both blown away. Our server, Tarvis, was charming, professional, knowledgeable, and exceptional. The BLT with bacon jam, and the rice pudding with cinnamon and peaches was superb. (I could’ve eaten a whole jar of the bacon jam.) Tarvis, thank you for making two weary travelers leave your restaurant with pep in their step Keep on shining your light. “We love this place. We come in regularly and they always have great service for my family. They especially cater to my little one who LOVES the udon noodles. We even order to have our meal ready when we get there. Circle sushi and circle noodle has to be one of our favorite restaurants in Atlanta. Thank you for always making our experience great!“

“As my friend and I walked in, we were immediately greeted by Dominick and we were seated in a very plush chair. We could see the entire room from where we were seated. The patrons were of all ages (no children). The ambience is of modern flare compared to the old world Japanese style and house music vibes gave the restaurant superb energy. We had the Nice Pear and Kinjo cocktails. They were beautifully executed and not too sweet. A very nice combination of flavors and herbs. We shared the Shrimp Tempura which was lightly breaded (yay!) We also had the Uni and the Spicy Tuna roll, all filled with scrumptious flavors and well presented. To top this off, we ate the Lady M cake and it was to die for. Very light, crisp, and melts in your mouth. Throughout the evening, Dominick was very attentive and made sure our visit was an outstanding one. Our waitress (I apologize I forgot your name) was very knowledgeable with the menu and prompt on getting our orders out. Kudos to Dominick, the waitress, the chef, and the bartender!“

“My husband and I had a lovely meal. We were there on a Thursday night, and the restaurant was somewhat busy but not crowded at all. We were seated right next to a young couple, who were charming, but.. we could here every word of their conversation. Regardless, we had an enjoyable experience. Our meal was expensive, but we were expecting that. The staff was super friendly. We definitely plan to go back. If you're not a big sushi fan like me, you can definitely find things on the menu to enjoy.“

“Small simple restaurant that provides exactly what it says, and with that sauce it's a great combination. I recommend the mixed cause you get a lil meaty bite and a nice savory crunch with the falafel. I'd come here again since it's affordable and satisfying. I would not recommend the baklava though unless you're into denser desserts. As you can see by the picture, I enjoyed myself to the fullest“

“Really good food and a pretty good price too. Though, one time we ordered food, then after ordering, we had an emergency we had to leave for. So, I let the staff know that we wanted that food to-go. They brought us twice the amount of food of the same order. One for dine in, and one for to-go and we got charged for both. Might've just been a miscommunication, but still.“

“Umi never disappoints. I usually come here for dates, but recently visited with a group of 4 for a celebration and it was perfect.

The real star of the show is our server Matt T. - if you get the chance to sit in his section, do it. We told him our preferences and dislikes, and he coursed out an entire meal for us from start to finish. His recommendations were spot-on: the yellowtail jalapeno, spicy tuna crispy rice, caviar toast, and otoro caviar were all incredible. The drinks were great too. Matt was attentive without being intrusive, explained each dish, and made the whole experience feel personalized. I highly recommend this approach - just tell him what you like and let him take care of the rest.

“This is a great place for a tasty lunch, and the service is really quick! I come here pretty often to get a poke bowl on my lunch break. They have a bunch of really good sauces but my favorite is the sriracha aioli to top the salmon and tuna. A little bit spicy combined with the sweetness from the mandarin oranges. Can't be beat.“

“We've been making our way through Halidom Food Hall and tonight's new try was Wasabi Sushi & Ramen. It did not disappoint! All the dishes were beautifully presented. Unfortunately, we dug in before remembering to take pics, so please take that into account.

First, the staff was very welcoming, helped explain and recommend items, and said please and thank you, which I appreciate. A+ for service.

I had the steak hibachi and it was delicious - packed with steak and loads of mixed veggies. Salty, savory, sweet, soy goodness! Hubby and son split some California rolls and a tuna poke bowl, all were excellent. My son mentioned that the tuna bowl was loaded with fish. We also had some gyozas dumplings and they were super yummy too.

As for the price, it's a food hall, so let's be honest, they are never cheap. But considering the food and service were excellent, and I supported a family run business in my community - it was worth it and I'll be back.

“Let’s talk about EAV That & Sushi real quick. I’ve never really been a Thai food eater. I’ll eat it if that’s what the majority wants but I’ve never been the one to have to have it. Baby listen, EAV That & Sushi has me in a choke hold as the food is AMAZNG!!!! We were in the area as Shaunie said it is one of her favorite places to go, as such, we went. Walking in, the ambiance is really low key and has a great feel to it. It’s perfect for friends, dates, or even alone. After we walked in we were able to be seated immediately. Continuing to take in the ambiance, the feel was so chill. There was a game on each television and the music was playing in the background. Yep, I’m here for all of this. Upon taking our seats, I ordered a sweet tea and began to scroll the menu. Taking a moment to take in the menu as there are an abundance of options, I decided on the Spring Rolls as an Appetizer and Pad Thai as my Main Course. Clearly I played it safe. 😂😂😂 From seating us to taking out drink and food orders, our waiter was super nice. He was professional, very educated on the menu offerings and kept a smile the entire time. Not to mention, we weren’t his only table yet he was on top of his game and provided top tier service. Once my food came I was immediately drawn into the aroma. The Thai Spices mixed with the Sweet smells of the sauce made me extra happy inside. LoL. The Spring Rolls were good. They were crunchy loo Upon first bite I almost melted. Whew! I have NEVER in all my years had a Pad Thai this amazing. I’m talking about perfectly cooked noodles. Optimum noodle to meat to sauce ratio. And best of all, the peanuts were coated in the sauce and not only acted as the extra layer of texture, but their flavor profile was enhanced which allowed the dish to have a multi-flavor blend of sweet, salty, and nutty. Omggggggg. I want moreeeeeeeeee. The dish arrived hot and was very fresh. This wasn’t no quick boil or reheated dish, no. This was freshly made when I ordered it and whoever the chef was is amazing at their job. Dear Chef, your ability to cook Pad Thai is beyond normal. Your supernatural flavor elevated dish was exciting, mouth pleasing, and has made me eager to return to EAV That & Sushi. “Finally was able to try the downtown location during lunch recently and I loved it! I have ordered delivery multiple times and enjoyed the food. My cashier Jasmyn was lovely and made sure I was taken care of. Very clean atmosphere.
Only complaint that made me take away 1 star was because there was a young boy there making comments about Nazis among other things I could not clearly make out. It was just clear he was making the other two young ladies working with him uncomfortable.“

“An Atlanta classic that never disappoints. We have enjoyed coming here since opening night over 30 years ago. Taste, service, and classy but casual atmosphere making for a fun night. The Christmas decorations this time of year were a lot of fun. You can never go wrong with AFM.“

“The food was pretty good as was the speed of service however, the atmosphere I ran four stars because it’s a little confusing. There’s a separate sushi bar that I’m related to the miso ko restaurant. I sort of wish that you could sit inside the miso side and have your sushi. You have to place an order with the cash register outside on the side, of what looks like the actual restaurant. Service because we had to ask for it after a little while even after sort of standing there looking confused the host just didn’t really say anything much well she didn’t say anything. They could do something to draw people in probably if I was to get a five stars for atmosphere like a little café table or even roping it off. Come on you can think of something I had to use Google walking directions to find the place after I walked into the pot city market. Parked pretty close to the entrance and there’s a QR code to scam for a map, but it’s not as helpful as you might think you can also pay for your parking with the QR code.“
