“Fantastic as always! My husband and I have been enjoying Wallace Barbecue for as long as we can remember, and nothing has changed in 35+ years. We drive an hour and a half now so we can enjoy good bbq. Don’t forget to enjoy a pickle with your meal and grab a bottle of hot sauce to keep at home!“

“That sandwich was so good. The toasted bread, cheddar cheese, onion ring, bacon slices on BBQ shredded pork and sauce! Down by the scream machine area. When you enter the park go right then take the right by kiddie Park rides and hook left towards that food court area across from ice cream dots.i ate outside and someone threw a white object with black spot hitting me on my right ear from behind. Gotta watch your back and front in this world. The good news it wasn't painful or damaging to my day or meal.
I had gotten out of church services that was awesome too. Thank God I decided to go to church too.“

“You get what you pay for. Everything was fine, but I usually go to more expensive steak places, so by comparison, this was not as good. The steaks were not great, just ok. But the mushroom appetizer was very good. Service was ok, not great.“

“Really disappointing. We used to go here when it was owned by Sam and Dave. That was a long time ago. Recent visits convinced us not to go any more. Both pork and beef dishes were primarily fat, and the potato salad was dry with weird texture around the edges. And don't get me started on the lack of cleanliness. Sitting at a booth, the wooden walls were filthy--really disgusting. No, I don't own or work at or know anyone who has a competing bbq place. Just can no longer recommend this one.“

“Kinda a weird setup. Just went through the drive. Luckily there wasn't too much of a line when I arrived. Got 2 biscuits. Bacon egg and cheese, and just plain. It was pretty good just a little too doughy and heavy for me. I would come back. Oh and I like the Apple and Eve Orange pineapple juice they sell“

“It's a food truck. It's hard to find good fried fish in Cobb. I ordered the fried whiting with sides of collards and rice n beans. The fish was fried and seasoned perfectly, not salty at all. The rice and beans were the best I ever had. I wonder if they sell a pint size of the rice and beans. The collards were good, too. I loved the food, a good value for the money. I will definitely stop by the next time I'm in that part of town.“

The brisket was expertly seasoned & very tender, with a perfect layer of fat that made my mouth water. 5/5
The Mac & Cheese was excellent, I havnt tasted better. The macaroni shells used hold a lot of cheese & sauce. So delicious! 5/5
The Turkey slices had the perfect amount of pepper seasoning, and it was unbelievably tender, with some sourdough bread this Turkey will make a great sandwich as well. 5/5
The sausage is made in-house, I enjoyed the smokey flavor, but it wasn't too spicey, a perfect blend of ingredients, what I imagined a "KONTRY" sausage should taste like. 5/5
The greens were "good"
a little too much sweet with a hint of vinegar. Personally i love stems left in the greens,(more nutrients) but wifey isnt a fan of stems in greens. 4/5
Brotwurst Stew
Wonderful, but needs to be served in a "BIGGER" bowl, bc its so flavorful, but maybe not as many hot green peppers. 5/5

“It was my first time there, though I’d seen the place for years. I’d moved to another area of town so I never got a chance to dine there. I recently was in the area and craving barbecue and I remember Jim n Nick’s. Hooray! I ordered the 2lb classic rib with baked bean and Mac and cheese. The mini cheese muffins and sweet butter spread was unexpected and awesome. And 5 minutes later my order was on the table and looking delicious. When I ate the first rib I was in love, food love. The best ribs I’ve eaten so far. I am looking forward to visiting again with friends. I want to experience more items on the menu.“

“I go here at least once a month. I order chicken for my kid and I get the veggie plate, religiously! I'm really rooting for you guys and have had the pleasure of meeting one of the co-owners several months back. I always get the cabbage, and lately it has not been up to par. Today, I added extra seasoning myself. I'm a vegetarian, so my options are always limited. All other veggies I've tried has tasted great, even the cabbage....sometimes. Not lately though. Again, I want you to thrive and get plenty of business...overall you're a great facility!“

P.s. there is a review on the grubhub that is incorrect. It's the one about my order being canceled. That was meant for Cami's Breakfast Cafe. The driver was there and they canceled my order. I didn't know it. No apologies or breakfast. Had ordered my breakfast 1 hour before their closing.“

“Newyork strip.... was wonderful. The Texas Tonion was a little of a let down, feels like they have changed the batter. Let me explain it like this, It looked, and the texture of it was like it had been frozen. It tasted fine. Just the presentation was off.
Oh and I think they have gone a lil overboard with the "parmesan crusted" everything. Lol“

“The food here is generally pretty good. It is the best steakhouse in town. I ordered their long pour classic margarita and it was weak and which is why I'm giving the food a 4. We had the spinach artichoke dip. I had the half rack of ribs with fries and corn on the cob. My husband had the sirloin with mushrooms, mac and cheese, and broccoli. The food was delicious. The atmosphere is a typical cowboy theme with country music playing but I can ignore that because of the food. Our server was nice and prompt with water refills and checking back without hovering. I wish I remembered her name because she was great.“
