“Been to many IHOP locations and this one has by far exceeded all expectations of an IHOP. I typically expect slow service, incorrect orders, and somewhat disgruntled waiters - totally the opposite here. The speed of service is incredible even on a Saturday morning. Today I was serviced by Chastity and she was beyond phenomenal. Amazing service and frequent check ins to make sure we were taken care of. Great charm as well. The food came out promptly and correct. Can't complain about this IHOP. I think we found the one.”

“Healthy options in more ways than one! My name is Danielle, I had a Drs appt this morning in Griffin. Long story short, my mom got out of my car at Sock Shop. I am diabetic and after driving around, stopping at Louise’s (going in, wandering then leaving) I ended up at Waffle House #2212 (Taylor St) my sugar had bottomed out and I couldn’t talk, see well, or converse. The waitress Jess was so sweet. She kept asking me questions and brought me a plate of food showing me how to eat & drink. The manager John helped me get my phone out & called my family. Guys, when I say I couldn’t talk, it was BAD. I was in a trance. Jess & John took care of me, called an ambulance to check me out. My sugar started rising so I started to come around. My faith in HUMANITY has been restored. I don’t know where I would’ve ended up if not for their compassion! Thank you Jess & John, I will be a regular visitor when I can in the future.”

My review is on the kindness of the employees at Bank St. I was holding a table for 4 and had just got my drink when I got an emergency call and needed to leave. Both ladies were very kind and wished me well and were just really, really sweet. Good employees are hard to find, and Bank St does have some! Oh, and my Dad is OK <3 Thank you again and I will be back soon for my cauliflower wrap :-)”

“I only gave atmosphere 3☆☆☆ 's because we went in the drive thru. We drove down to Griffen Capt D's, because our favorite one and the closest, used to be in Lovejoy - until it was shut down about a year ago. Maybe longer. We tried 2 times to go to the one in Fayetteville, but that place is horrific. I made a review and got a response from someone claiming to be the owner. I thought maybe I would get some sort of resolve, but was told to go to the corporate website. I did. Nothing from them whatsoever. Pathetic way to treat paying customers or run a business.
The Griffin Capt D's has restored our faith!!! Ordering was a great experience. Very pleasant young lady. It was quick service and very friendly, personable person at the window. The food was very good as well! I will include photos of what we ordered next.”

“New owners now,hope they don't use the same recipe on there food,lemon pepper tasted like a box of salt and pure lemon needs tweeking a bit.try 1 min less on those tiny wings,way over cooked and hard.hang in there your food and customers will build up over time,consider suggestions. Frys were a bit over cooked,turned out soggy in those bags,just dump them in the tray,save your money and try a little salt.”

The decor takes me back to the show Happy Days with the Fonz (Henry Winkler). They even feature a stuffed cool cow on a motorcycle set at eye level for everyone to see & admire. “Everything is pretty much ran ok but it's just working there no customers in there eyes I guess. They let everyone order drinks and told them how the want a baha blast but the only drinks the machine just had root beer. But didn't say anything before the ordered”

“I pre-ordered a Cajun Turkey online. The day (11/26) I went to pickup my turkey, my order could not be found. Somehow my order was given away. I reached out to Barbara, spoke with her and she was so nice, kind and understanding. She reached out to another location and got me my turkey the same day! I couldn't be more thankful that she helped resolve the mix up. She even called me to make sure I was happy. So, thank you to Barbara the GM of the Griffin location for your great customer service.”

She apologized n told me they don't offer pink lemonade. And she wasn't sure y they put that on their location. I wanted regular lemonade, but the app didn't offer it.
