“I stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered the best Parmesan Chicken I’ve ever had. Meghan (sp?) was my server, she’s extremely pleasant and thorough without pestering you. She just kind of appears when you need her. The food and service at Corner Cafe has always been excellent. The other day both were outstanding.”

“Had a couple bites of the BELT and some fries... the lettuce was crisp and the tomato was juicy.. the bacon was the perfect level of crunchy... my only complaint was the egg was runnier than I like, but thats how my husband ordered it.

The sausage gravy was the perfect consistency... biscuits almost melted in my mouth and the sausage was perfectly seasoned.

The pancakes were just the right size..fluffy and buttery.

“Met a buddy in Griffin - halfway between my town and his. I googled restaurants in the area, we are both hamburger fans, and Smash Burger Bar showed up on my search. I had the Grip City, he had the Eggscellent... we both went with double Patty. Had some onion rings and the loaded tater tots. The food was fabulous. The staff was great. Personable and accommodating. A five out of five experience for us, we will definitely meet up there again. Highly recommend.!”

“Healthy options in more ways than one! My name is Danielle, I had a Drs appt this morning in Griffin. Long story short, my mom got out of my car at Sock Shop. I am diabetic and after driving around, stopping at Louise’s (going in, wandering then leaving) I ended up at Waffle House #2212 (Taylor St) my sugar had bottomed out and I couldn’t talk, see well, or converse. The waitress Jess was so sweet. She kept asking me questions and brought me a plate of food showing me how to eat & drink. The manager John helped me get my phone out & called my family. Guys, when I say I couldn’t talk, it was BAD. I was in a trance. Jess & John took care of me, called an ambulance to check me out. My sugar started rising so I started to come around. My faith in HUMANITY has been restored. I don’t know where I would’ve ended up if not for their compassion! Thank you Jess & John, I will be a regular visitor when I can in the future.”

My husband and I went through the drive through and ordered 2 Large turtle blizzard add strawberry Blizzard $17.29 later , we got home NO strawberry (which is extra $) and normally I would let it go however I paid way to much to not get it the way we wanted, as well as about a third of the cup at the bottom was completely just white ice cream, Ohhh and I should’ve known something was up when they didn’t do the turn upside down thingy that they do and had a top on it and no receipt as well, anyways so I called and spoke to a really nice young girl and she said the that owner wasn’t in (he also owns Marco’s Pizza) that he wouldn’t be in until next week. She asked if I would like to speak to the shift manager and I said sure she said okay he’s right here, I heard him say something and she said ohh I’m sorry he said that he’s really busy right now and she said do you want to call back later…. Well it was wild that he said he was to busy, but in My mind I was like okay, as a manager (which I have been before) you are to ask for the Customers name and number for YOU to call back and make it right , this guy was a real gem 🤦🏻‍♀… so I’m hoping that the Owner sees this and handles maybe giving the guy a class on proper management responsibilities and actions towards customers!

The decor takes me back to the show Happy Days with the Fonz (Henry Winkler). They even feature a stuffed cool cow on a motorcycle set at eye level for everyone to see & admire. Of course the entire Team is awesome! It’s our home away from home. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss!”

We didn't know if we'd make it there in time but the relief we felt when we realized they were still open was unmatched. The woman working the drive-thru was incredibly kind and welcoming. We ordered two baja blasts, a quesadilla, and a crunchwrap. Even with how close to closing it was, the food came out fast and exactly right. It almost made me cry with joy. Olivia definitely made it worth the wait. A beautiful glowing female that had an attitude that smiled larger than her face!
She apologized n told me they don't offer pink lemonade. And she wasn't sure y they put that on their location. I wanted regular lemonade, but the app didn't offer it.

That being said, they have 4 pinball machines in okay condition and a handful of arcade machines. Me and my girlfriend split one of their beers and feasted on our fry dishes. “Thursday afternoon I visited the restaurant and the lady whom worked there, I believe her name is Missy if I recall correctly, did her job above and beyond expectations which really made the overall experience a joy during a busy day. My granddaughter felt special that day when she would usually be intimated around other people in a busy crowded place. However Missy made her feel like she was the most important person in the world at that moment and now she insist upon our return to visit not only the chain restaurant, but that exact location. Great job! If you're passing through Griffin and want a good meal, I suggest stopping by and eating there. It's worth the visit and the food was very well prepared also. My compliments to all.”
