“Always fresh delicious food. The parking lot is not large & is very busy at peak meal times but the drive through is usually very efficient. Conveniently located near Interstate 475 and very popular with locals. They have party trays available too!“

“My breakfast order got canceled because I was 10 seconds late to scanning it in. One of the drive thru workers helped me resolve my issue, got me my entire meal and kept a positive attitude. Such an amazing and dedicated worker with amazing patience especially at so early in the morning. I have missed this location being open!!!“

“First time visiting this establishment. The food was good. Chicken wasn't cooked hard. This fish was falling apart cause it was soft and moist. The shrimp went so quick I should have order more and the fries were good. All of it was sprinkled with that signature seasoning dust which I haven't figured out what's all in it. Now the dessert were decent. Frosting on the cakes wasn't to sweet. Sorta like if you take frosting and mix it with cool whip. The strawberry cake was my favorite of the cakes I got. The red velvet was a disappointment though. It was kinda heavy for my liking. The banana pudding was my second favorite dessert.“

“My son had ordered me some Insomnia cookies to be delivered to my house a day before mother's day, however, an incident happened to the delivery of the cookies. I preferred not to mention the incident. After the incident was discovered, the Insomnia manager Ms K, I didn't remember her full name. She personally made a trip to my house and hand delivered a warm box of cookies to me.Her approach was delightful and apologetic leaving me with the impression that Insomnia cookies strives on pleasing their customers. I opened the box of cookies and the aroma smelled so good and they were delicious! Insomnia cookies will be my go to place when I crave for some freshly made cookies!“

“Absolutely delicious and a taste of Chicago. The breading spice mix cannot be beat. I had the perch and shrimp (yummy). My Dad had catfish and shrimp. The catfish was the star. I also liked the mild sauce.

“I just wanted to let the manager of this location know that the man working the counter around 2pm today made my whole day. I waddled my heavily-pregnant self up to the counter and told him “I just need a large ice dream cup with as much strawberry topping as you can give me without getting in trouble”. He chuckled and confirmed my order, then made sure to see it through. He brought me the most incredible ice cream cup I have ever gotten from here, with perfect layers of strawberry throughout the whole cup. I know this is such a simple thing, but he really did make my day with his enthusiasm and execution. I wish I knew his name, because he definitely deserves praise for his customer service.“

“I went through the drive thru last night and a lady named Tyrel(spell?) took my order and handed me my food. She was by far the most friendly, kind, and helpful fast food worker I’ve ever encountered, and I am a huge Chick-fil-A fan and she way out beat anyone I’d encountered there. When I asked if she could make an Oreo cheesecake milkshake even though it’s not on the menu she was super agreeable and did so. She blessed me and when I complimented her on how friendly she was she was she simply responded that she just treats others the way she would like to be treated. This girl is out here a living example of the golden rule! Give her a raise and a promotion if she wants it, Cook Out! She is a hidden treasure, treat her as such.“

“I’ve been bringing my son here since he was a baby. It’s one of the few places that still has an indoor play place and one that is always being kept up with (unlike some others around town). Staff in the morning are always friendly and attentive. Especially the older gentleman (Anthony I think) who does the cleaning and pick up, he’s always working and very kind. I’ll continue to take my son here every chance we get!“

They make every sub to perfection and they kept me informed how many people were I front of me. “They were low on chips and I asked the sweet lady there if they had anymore of the bbq and she was like the only worker at the time and she said very nicely let me check and came back with the chips.
