There is never enough time to use the points before they are gone. I like the old rewards program Much better and I'm sure anyone else that used it liked it better. If it was my reward program I would give customers at least a Year to use the points. I stopped coming as much because I never get a change to use my points at least once and a while.”

Honestly and sincerely, I never had a bad experience. Good food, fast service, lovingly music, good atmosphere, clean, pleasant Waiters and Watresses. I was really surprised by the few bad comments. However, this is my family and I favorite restaurant. I recommend.”

“I work locally near the Stockbridge, GA Hwy 138e location and my team orders food there often. The food is always hot, good, and ready as stated. Their customer service is top notch. In the past I had problems with an order and the manager, Shannon, who is always so helpful, made sure everything was corrected and satisfactory. She is always smiling, and this is her disposition each time I see her. On my last visit, I locked my keys in the car. We did not ask for help, but the owner Mr. Atik, Shannon, and other staff took turns coming out to check on us, laugh with us and assist in helping us. Eventually we got in the car. We are so thankful you took the time out of your day to help with our crazy situation. Thank you all for your excellent customer service and good food at great prices. We will return again and again.”

“Went into the Kingston, Jamaica branch of Dutch Pot and all I can say is wow! Although I’m Jamaican, I haven’t had authentic tasting Jamaican rice and peas in a while. Dutch Pot changed that today. And the Pasta! We had baked ziti and mac n cheese and I almost ate licked the container the baked ziti came in. Highly, highly recommend for great food and good service!”

My wife & I had left a morning biometric screening (which required us fasting, so we were hungry) & decided to get CFA.
Our usual experience is to order online & proceed to the facility for pickup, which usually has a “mobile” line. This one didn’t, so there were 2 lines (mixed).
Once we arrived & in the front, we had 2 vehicles go around us (while we waited for our order).
Once we got our order, my wife checked for the sauces &we were gone (trusting our order was correct).
Driving away we realized 1 of our orders was slightly incorrect.
Of course, we ate them anyways !?
The employees serving us were exceptional !!!”
