I'm in Atlanta and in the B terminal. there is a lady there that is working so hard and smiling at everyone and just making the place clean and pleasant. It came out hot. Well seasoned, crispy skin. Belgium waffles with a crisp on the edges and a moist center. Topped with fresh strawberries and pecans. Assorted syrups were available. I will return.“

“Very thankful for this location & employees this morning! I drive from south Fayetteville to Atlanta often and really do not like the Dunkin close to the square due to traffic. I have always used this location and had a great experience, but this morning I mixed up the locations in my app while trying to place a pick up order so when I arrived my order obviously was not there. The employees were so kind and made my order under 5 mins and didn’t blink an eye! I wish I got their names because they made my hectic morning much more positive!“

Today I decided to go by this location before my connecting flight and the customer service was so great I just HAD to write a review. Both of the workers, Visa and Ashley, were SO incredibly lovely, attentive, and polite - a rarity nowadays in the service industry. The cashier (Ashley) even gave me 10% off as an apology for them not having oat milk! I’ve never been offered a discount for a product being out of stock before (and they even had a sign displayed stating they were out but I had overlooked it). Their friendly and polite demeanor was much appreciated and these ladies both deserve to be recognized for their amazing hospitality! Plus the coffee was awesome, as always. “I went to shake shack as a snow storm started. People were already on edge because flights were delayed. However, Zaria and Desiree were a bright light. They were pleasant, attentive and anticipated things before I could request them. In fact, Zaria anticipated things more than once. The service was excellent and the food was good too. She handed me my muffin and just looked at me. She didn't ask me if I needed change back so, I asked for my change.
