“Keneke’s was a good stop for a casual meal. I forgot to take pictures of the food, but everything we ordered was tasty and the portions were really generous. It’s a nice spot with a great view of the mountains, and the prices felt very reasonable. The only downside was that it took forever to get our food, so don’t come if you’re in a rush. Overall, still a solid local place and I’d try it again.“

“While visiting Hawaii my wife and I decided to try this place based on all the previous suggestions and the views. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted and told us it would be a short wait and it was. The decor was beautiful and there was a live musician playing the acoustic guitar on the side which gave the place a very relaxing vibe. We were lucky enough to get a balcony table. I’d suggest this so you can have a spectacular view of the ocean and the sunset. My wife and enjoyed the warm bread brought to the table served with this delicious strawberry butter. It wasn’t very heavy either. The drinks were really good as well. Our server (actually all of them) Tony was extremely good. He came and checked on us and made sure everything was good with us. When I go back I will definitely look for him. If you’re interested in something relaxing with a classy vibe. I recommend this place.“

“The restaurant is somewhat small and very rustic, perhaps a bit more rustic than I anticipated.
Five of us for dinner and everyone was completely satisfied and very happy with their dinners. They even had specialty soft drinks for the kids.
I have never been a fan of smoked meats but I did have the smoked prime rib based on the reviews. It was amazing! Juicy, flavorful and tender. My son had the rack of lamb for the first time. He was also very happy with his choice.
Our service was easily as good as the food. Our server was always available, attentive and very pleasant.“

“Located aboard MCBH- Kaneohe Bay. The Staff club is one of very few places on the island where they still abide by the old military standards: no covers on the bar (buy a round for the bar), no entry covered (by a round for the club), proper civilian attire, etc... There's a wall of beer steins for the regulars and amazing staff! Trivia night is on Thursdays and First Fridays are always a sight to behold.“

I’m not a seafood person so I got the chicken pasta and he tried snapper for the first time. Both of us were blown away by how tasty everything was. The portions were huge too! Out of all the places we had been to during our trip, this place is at the top. Even as a non fish eater, I loved it! There can be a wait, but it is well worth it. Try it, you’ll love it.“

My mixed plate was chicken katsu and mochiko chicken. My friend got beef cutlet and roast pork Mixed Plate. Both is us thoroughly enjoyed our lunch plate! Asian salad was just right flavor with sesame oil and fried wanton. A little extra was chow fun under the meat. And the price was really reasonable here!! ($15 each). Parking lot is just next to the restaurant, very convenient. It was really satisfied day for me.“

“We had a really good experience at Yard House at Waikiki Beach Walk. The food was solid, not over-the-top amazing, but definitely tasty and worth coming back for. We ordered the carnivore pizza, orange chicken, crispy Brussels sprouts, and a few drinks, and everything hit the spot. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and service was friendly without feeling rushed. A great casual option in Waikiki when you want a reliable meal and good drinks.“

“If you want to stay down waikiki this is a great option. Right at the bottom of the area, you feel a little removed which is nice. Only a short walk and you hit the main "strip", but in the hilton you feel that peaceful hawaiin vibe. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the facilities are great. Especially the gym which has a good amount of equipment. The beach even has green sea turtles who sometimes visit ! That was amazing to see as a trip to see them may run you $300. There's lots of food options here and also an ABC which has lots of affordable grab and go food if you don't want to constantly break the bank. My only issue is the resort fee. You will be charged $50 PER DAY, so please take this into account when you book at this price is NOT included and you can get a nasty surprise on check out. I personally think this should be incoperated in the price as many of the things listed in what you get for the resort fee would be free in good hotels anyway. Other than this it is still a great value hotel for the area with lots in reach“

The food was inspired, creative, delicious, and locally sourced. Though the portions of each dish looked small, it was more than enough food and so delicious you wanted to eat every bite! The wine pairings were spot on, absolutely perfect with our chosen courses. The space has such a lovely vibe - clean and modern, but comfortable and well appointed. There really isn't another dining experience quite like this on the island. Justine and Kevin have created such a beautiful place with incredible food and service. We all had sandwiches and the pulled chicken is more like chunks with some pulled. Not overly shredded. And not doused with sauce. Just a nice enhancement. We had the melts and they were delicious. The bread is crusty but soft inside. An easy bite. And my son loved his Cajun fries. Off street parking in the rear.“
