“Had the best customer service I've had at any Dunkin !The lady working the drive thru promoted a new watermelon ? Donut that was really good let me tell ya ! And she let us have one for free ! The lady was very nice ! She really loves her job ! She made our day ! I just wish I remembered her name ! But you guys probably know who it is cause she just puts you in a better mood ! It's too bad not every one is like her ! We will definitely be back at this DUNKIN location!“

“I don’t understand how some can say 10/10 & loved everything about it but leave 4 stars so I’m making up for them. This place was nice. SUPER busy 1030-1130 on a Sunday am. Donuts were in full stock. The attendants to take our order were free but the ppl cooking & making drinks were sooo backed up. There are 2 of the smallest ovens I’ve ever seen to make everyone’s food when this is literally on Michigan Ave. in Chicago. I felt bad for everyone working as they were just swamped but doing it all with a smile. Our 2 sandwiches took about 30 minutes to receive and I just had black coffee so I got that after 15 minutes but only bc I asked if I could assuming it was lost in the 40+ orders of drinks they were making. The line wasn’t out the food like Nutella, but don’t expect any fast service at peak times, and it’s not bc the staff isn’t trying, they just have such a small space to work with. Food was good, coffee was good, didn’t have a donut but they looked good. I prefer the other Stan locations in Chicago more so as they are off the beaten path and much larger in size for those that are in a main area.“

“It was my first time here, cashier was nice and very helpful and man I loved their hot cheeto corn dog! I chose all cheese and it was a pretty decent size with so much cheese, their mochi donuts are so cute and taste really good and are packaged in a nice cute box“

I was delighted to see a gluten free option but was very disappointed at the taste. I do not recommend the GF option until the recipe improves.“

“Told the guy at the drive thru on 11/22 7:20pm I like creamy and milky drinks and to make it however he thinks is good and it was delicious thank you great employees very friendly. Even if it didn’t taste good I would still be happy cause they were nice and tried their best but they made it really good“

“Very pretty little cafe with outdoor seating space. We only tried the baked goods which were also very pretty and started at $4.50 a piece. The donuts are unconventional--imagine a slightly denser challah shaped like a donut. They're bready and sort of chewy, but it works as a pastry and would pair well with coffee. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of space--no line on a Saturday morning.“

“I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on.“

“I love this place . The staff and Management are always kind and helpful. I know with the incident that happened this pass week was an isolated incident and it will not stop me from going there . The person who did that was dealt with immediately you can not blame the whole staff for that one sick person .“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“
