There used to be a large sign that you could see from the street. People should know about this restaurant when driving through town. I fear that they will miss it now that the new sign is so small.”

“I absolutely love their cookies. Any time I go in person they're always quick and courteous. I have had issues with delivery with either missing items occasionally or longer then expected delivery times. Last few times I attempted to call to check on my order the phone would ring for 5+ minutes resulting in me just cancelling my order”

“Just had to leave the best possible review for the staff at the Charleston, IL location. On a recent trip to visit my in laws, I made an online order for pickup. When I arrived at home, I noticed a slight mixup in my order. Due to a dietary issue, I had to return to the store and the quickly remade it for me. It was not a big deal at all but the degree of concern and willingness to get it right was greatly appreciated.

Thank you to the entire staff and especially the manager on duty (didn't catch her name). Your kindness and service was not unnoticed. I will certainly be back to the store on future trips to the area.”

“The buffet has amazing food and is consistent with what’s available. If I’m craving local Chinese buffet, QQ has all of my staples. I remember my dad taking me to this restaurant when my mom was busy with work and now I can take my own daughter here. The last time I came here with my daughter, one lady suggested food that she would enjoy! However my daughter was too picky to enjoy the lady’s suggestions but the fact that someone cared enough to suggest something for her is incredible! Also ordering take out is simple and easy. They pack a ton of food in the take out boxes which gives my family easy leftover options.”
