I needed something greasy and practical for a hangover. I also needed to watch the Minnesota gophers beat up Rutgers (do they even have a mascot)? I ordered the double smash burger, and went to work. The service was quick, very quick, which made me believe the burger would be subpar. My first bite awoke me. I was so back. Every following taste left me with childlike joy, much like a young Jack Slunecka frolicking through the South Dakota prairies. I can not recommend this establishment more. Thank you Parlay, not only for giving me strength. But, giving me the motivation to carry on, and make the world a better place. I Love you so so much.“

I requested a cup of water, only to be refused with the statement, "we no longer provide that service." How is it possible that a paying customer is denied the basic courtesy of water while waiting? It is disheartening to encounter establishments in predominantly black neighborhoods that willingly disregard the dignity of their customers. This issue needs immediate attention and rectification“

I had a pick up there and they tried to give me cold food and the African American gentleman who was the cashier working there made sure my food was fresh. It was very unprofessional for the other workers there to argue with him and try to blame him for their incompetence. I didn’t catch his name but it was today around 630u. I asked for extra sauce on my Jumbo tip and link combo, small turkey tip, and 6 wings ($55). When the cashier relayed the request to the lady who was preparing the food she got a real crappy attitude like I was asking for too much. I guess because they were almost closing. I asked her what she said and she went all off. “I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to her!” I asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me. No name tags present or I wouldn’t have asked. Then she directed me to the manager who was also preparing food for any concerns that I may have. I asked the manager Nivia Battle (I think that’s what she said) was she required to give me her name. She said no. Her attitude was crappy as well. Just negative energy behind the glass. Except for the cashier. I also told the that they need to improve their customer service and that I WILL BE BACK!! I have no complaints about my order at all. Food was great!!! They just need to get someone back there that’s actually going to do their job without being so nasty.“

“The District Manager, at this location, Lawrence, totally transformed my first experience. My first visit did not go well and I completed the survey detailing my negative interaction with the staff. Not only did Lawrence follow up with a personal phone call, he asked me to return to the store so that I could get the true Wingstop experience!
