We were there for music bingo on Wednesday night and will definitely be back. It gets loud and hard to hear when it's full.“

“When it comes to hidden gems in The Windy City, Budacki's Drive In can be counted among them. It's practically tucked away in the Ravenswood neighborhood near a school, but quite an awesome find for quintessential Chi-Town staples such as the Italian beef and the red hot.

I have a cousin who grew up within walking distance of Budacki's so it's a huge part of his life story, even after he moved to the suburbs. That said, he tends to take me or my older brother here whenever either one of us come to visit from Texas. It's safe to say that we share his immense love for the nearly 50-year-old hole in the wall.

Up until Thursday, I had two visits. For my most recent one, I ordered the Letter A , or the red hot combo. Aside from a pair of what I believe are the best hot dogs in the world, the meal comes with fresh cut fries and a drink. I confess that I didn't get a good look on the price, but I can assure you that you get your money's worth.

Each of the red hots was made fresh and specific to my request. I wanted them dragged through the garden, and the kitchen staff delivered. What I sunk my teeth into are a Vienna beef decorated with a tomato, sport peppers, a pickle spear, onions and hints of salt and mustard. All of which are held together in a soft bun.

The dogs were paired with a delicious, abundant amount of fries. They were so good that I finished them even before the tube steaks themselves. In Chicago, it's nearly a law to keep your red hots free of ketchup and on your fries, but I ate my long taters without ketchup. That's how tasty they were. Before I forget, I should mention that there's an outdoor dining area for customers to enjoy their food at.

The neighborhood Budacki's is in has gone through several changes, but the restaurant has withstood the test of time. Sadly, however, the heir to the business, Jae Lee, recently passed away. And this review is dedicated to his memory.“

“Nearly every week, I order Lusha’s pizza through a third-party delivery app. The restaurant isn’t close to me, so it’s cold every time I receive it. Cold, it’s still one of my favorite pizzas in Chicago. Wings and curds are awesome as well.“

“I had a great experience at Wingstop! Even though they were clearly busy and short-staffed, the guy taking my order, Usman, handled everything with grace and professionalism. He had to step away a few times, but each time he apologized sincerely, and you could tell he was doing his absolute best to keep things running smoothly. “I had heard Monti's was the best place to get a Philly in Chicago, and since I've been craving one lately, I had to give it a try. I can honestly say it's the best Philly I've had in Chicago and the surrounding areas. It definitely did not disappoint.
I ordered mine with extra mayo and white American cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and the whole experience lived up to the hype. I highly recommend giving Monti's a try if you're looking for an authentic Philly cheesesteak!“

“Hit the Wingstop in the Loop for a quick lunch run and it did the job. Grabbed a 10pc combo with lemon pepper + mango habanero, large fries and extra ranch, plus a drink. Food came out hot, fresh, and saucy in the best way. Staff was cool and everything moved quick even with a small rush.“

“Weve had Rosati’s before so many times (who hasn’t?) but we have been coming to this specific location for 2 years countless times & it has become a favorite!
The pizza is always cooked perfectly-No matter the time of day-We’ve Had it at 1 PM and 1 AM and yet it still taste amazing every time!
It has been so consistently good that when we have friends from out of state we take them here for pizza & it’s a huge hit with them! So much so where they now ask “Can we go to Rosati’s again when I come back?”
Lastly, the staff are the sweetest people! Not to mention, they also are the most patient people on earth because we have been there on many busy afternoons and late nights (where let’s just say people are not acting the most classy after drinking) and yet they always are so kind to everyone. They even give out little fries & extras (:
I could go on and on about this location, but if you ever have the chance to go or debating on going- go for it! We are so glad that we accidentally found this little place on a random day 2 years ago!
Btw: We are Vegetarian & I know some people hate on cheese pizza because it is “too plain“ but The cheese pizza here is amazing-You don’t even need any sausage or pepperoni!“
