“It's Jimmy John's so some of the sandwiches are really good. Some are average like the Cubano, which was a little bit of a disappointment (That of course has nothing to do with the team members making it. It's more that I felt the flavor didn't come out (based on the description of ingredients -I think it might be better if the cheese was melted or the sandwiches had a toasted option) my first and only time having it. But that's not on this store... I think it's the lack of toasting making the cheese more flavorful etc. But that's a minor thing.
Today, I had the totally tuna and it's always consistently good. The potato salad side for the cost is a little sparse but it's definitely not bad. Their Diet Coke fountain fizz is just right... never flat like some other places that I've been to.
Also, they do an awesome job with my Turkey Tom.
The staff does a pretty good job of keeping the place clean and they're always responsive when I wish them a good day which is nice because in some places that totally isn't the case nowadays sad but true.
I enjoy my getaway for a little while during lunch And that's due to the diligence of the staff keeping on top of the place so that it's always a pleasant environment to go to.“

“Good clean pitstop to eat on a Sunday night at 8:30pm. Every other place around seemed to close early. Got the 16 inch Toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch. It was very fresh & tasty. “I read some of the other reviews and I don’t know what they were talking about. My food was great! My bread was fresh, they didnt skimp on my meat. The service was fast. They lost a star just for the blah atmosphere. I mean i don’t expect them to be excited to serve me, they’re at work just doing their job, but I ordered, no one said anything else to me after that. Would have liked a little more friendliness. Other than that, like i said, it was fast. My order was correct. The food was good. I would go back. The place was clean when I went.“

“They say they are Freaky Fast. This is true at this one. You receive your order very fast. From the second I ordered it, it did not take long. \n\nThis one does not have a lot of tables to sit. Seems a lot of customers do the take out.\n\nThe restaurant is very clean and the people in there were very friendly.\n\nLimited menu but they do make a good sub. I do wish they would cut in half. “I wanted a very low carb lunch and heard that Jimmy John’s had something called an “unwich”, it’s a sub in a lettuce wrap instead of bread. I ordered a spicy east coast Italian as an unwich and it was good. I’ve never had a sub in a lettuce wrap before, so I thought it would be terrible but it wasn’t and I’ll order it again. I believe you can order almost all of their subs as an unwich.“
“I scheduled an order for delivery to an appointment in the area a few days ahead, and everything was prepared and delivered right on time. The coordination was smooth, and my food arrived in great condition. The only downside was the sandwich—since it was my first time trying the horseradish sauce, I wasn’t expecting quite so much of it. The sandwich ended up a bit overwhelmed, with the bread soggy and the flavor dominated by horseradish. I still made it work, but next time I’ll skip the sauce entirely. “I was in and out fast and the quality met expectations. Typical for the Loop you're paying a huge premium to eat lunch there and unfortunately this restaurant is no different. Also typical for the Loop this restaurant closes very early (4:00 p.m.). Long story short eating lunch in the Loop SUCKS but if you have a craving for Jimmy John's this location will satisfy as well as any other.“

“This is my local Jimmy John’s and it’s had a major glow up. The old staff was honestly kind of rude. I’d say hello, they’d stare back blankly and make me feel uncomfortable. Like I was an inconvenience. However! The new staff greets everyone who walks in, they’re attentive and obviously freaky fast. They rock. Really nice to see a positive change from my local JJs.
Now to what I think is Jimmy’s greatest work…the esteemed wrap. Holy cow this thing is a 10/10. Make no substitutions, Jimmy nailed this wrap with every ingredient. I love all the seasonal wraps but this one reigns supreme and holds a dear place in my heart and soul. Perfection is often sought, imitated constantly and rarely achieved.

“Jimmy Johns is my favorite when I want a quick sandwich that doesn’t taste soggy or bland. Their bread is fresh and crunchy and the ingredients always taste clean. I usually get the Turkey Tom with extra mayo and it’s always spot on. They’re really fast too. I swear one time it showed up in like ten minutes. Only thing is I wish they had more hot options but I guess cold subs are their thing. The chips are solid and their pickle is actually huge and tasty. I like that they don’t try to fancy it up too much. Just simple stuff done right. The staff at my local spot is always friendly and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. If you want a no nonsense sandwich that’s ready in a flash Jimmy Johns is a solid pick. They do it freaky fast for real.“

I always forget to ask for some ingredients or to ask to cut my sandwich in half. “I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have been here multiple times in the recent months as I’m new to being in this area. A guy name Damen is absolutely hilarious and makes all the customers smile. The manager Mrs. Washington is welcoming and greets everyone that comes through that front door with a smile. I have witnessed many of the staffers step up to help each other and have seen the bikers (i guess they do all the deliveries). Come in and get busy stacking chips and anything else to help. Clean tables, empty trash and more. Per my experience. I’ll be back.“
