“I’m bummed tonight. The order was incorrect. No extra cheese on the #17 and the #31 was made with beef - not chicken and it did not have mayo on it. Usually we are 100% happy with Jersey Mike’s New Lenox. It’s my favorite sandwich shop. Disappointed the order was not 100% since it was spelled out on the on-line order ticket. (Online order thanks to COVID-19 hysteria) The #31 was my wife’s sandwich.......I picked dinner tonight........now I have to apologize and let her pick dinner tomorrow. :( It’s still my favorite so I will recommend it.......I’ll recover after spending tonight in the dog house! 😂😂“

“Grabbed lunch at this sweet little place in Lockport, just down from The Studio today...craved rib tips-ijs.

Best French fries I have had in Years! Super crispy, and fluffy inside. Nice and hot, and they stood up to the sauce all the way back to work, for a crispity-crunchity-saucy treat. ???
The Tips were T3nder/Tasty and the sauce was boss! ?❤️‍??❤️‍?

One sweet young'n rang me up, while a very polite woman prepped my plate and gave me all the sauce I wanted (a lot!), and a funny gent demonstrated how to perfectly slice a large pickle into quarters without cutting the foil paper for the young'n, with the customary, "give 'em the pickle" joke to boot!

What a joy! Felt like Mom-n-Pop were back in town.

“I haven't been in a subway that was fully staffed and making things happen in a long time. Subways have gone so far downhill with their service; I've practically stopped going. It was nice to be met with a smile and see more than 2 employees.“

“THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE: I just wanted to say that I am completely floored by the customer service of this location. This afternoon I went through the drive through with my two daughters and purchased our lunch. Brian was the gentleman who helped us. When I drove up to pay I noticed that I had misplaced my credit card and began to panic- I asked him if he could hold my food so that I could run home and grab cash and be right back to pick it up. He said that he trusted me (a stranger) and insisted to go home to feed the kids and come back to pay when I could. I of course ran right back- but just having someone like that trust in a complete stranger was incredible. What could have been an extremely stressful situation instead turned into an experience that made me remember that people can be good and kind. Thank you Brian at the Plainfield potbelly. “Idk why but this Jersey Mikes is so inconsistent and depends in whos making your sandwich for it to be good. Just moved around the corner and been here maybe 5-6 times now. If ordering in store, usually not too bad. But when ordering on the app, its like they rush the sandwich just to get it out if the way. Different amount if meat every tome vs in person. Barely any oil/vin vs in person. This may also be the slowest shop on Earth too sandwich makinf wise. Not sure id everyone is new but always a different person there making during lunch. Just a very inconsistent JM’s - wish i could frequent the New Lenox location more. They’re constantly putting out grade A subs“

“This is one of the last well-kept, fresh smelling sandwich shops left in this area. There are no hidden, upnocious, reoccurring woofing odors that hinder nor gives one pause whether they may be chancing food-borne illnesses or not. In fact, most toppings are so freshly, separately identifiable, until it's simply a pleasure to take your time ordering your food... but beware of the other customers who don't have the heightened sensories or don't take the time to slow down and notice simple pleasures as such.“
