“Hosted a small family and friends luncheon (31 people) with a set menu (Chicken Marsala). For five of the younger kids had the Kids Meal -- they loved the Kiddie Cocktails! We arrived 45 minutes early and the staff reacted toget things moving right away. Very accomodating! “The service is top notch and down to earth. The cheese they use is grade A! I've had the deep dish before but wasn't a fan, only because it's too sweet of a sauce for my taste. However I recently tried the thin crust and it worked very well under the cheese with the sausage, bell pepper, onions and mushrooms. Seems like they saute the bell peppers and they are long pieces not diced. It's costly pie but we did get the 18 inch with 4 toppings, which came to $40. But all costs are rising. I would definitely come back to get a personal pizza for myself! I will have them brown the cheese next time. Definitely worth a try. I enjoyed the antipasto salad, just wish they chopped the meat and cheese instead of long slices that were still partially connected. I had to re-cut it which I didn't particularly mind doing but prefer it done for me if I'm paying for it.“

“This was my first time at the Munster El Salto Location, & I was very impressed! From first pulling in the parking lot, I saw that it was a popular spot to dine on a Saturday night! ? The staff was so friendly and nice, & they seated us quickly. The decor in the restaurant was unique & inviting. The crowd was so diverse; all races and ages were out having a good time. We ordered frozen margaritas, queso fundido for the appetizer, & fajitas for our entrées. Everything was delicious, & I left with plenty of leftovers for the next day ? “Tried the jerk barbecue rib tips. I wasn't terribly fond of them but then I remembered they were JERK so I settled into the flavor. Next visit I tried the beef short ribs and they were very good with the sweet potatoes and the greens both also good. Last visit I tried the oxtails. They were incredible and I look forward to getting them again. The sweet potatoes were also delicious. However, this time the greens were extremely bland, but that won't stop me from going back.“
“I ordered a John's sausage pizza for pick up. The pizza was ready for me when I arrived. John's offers a unique pizza cut. The sausage was crumbly, spicy and generously topped on the pizza. The pizza crust was amazing.I grew up on John's pizza when I lived in the Calumet region. My family usually visited other locations....Hammond and Calumet City. It's probably been 15 years since I last had John's. I picked up the pizza pictured and it was the same quality as the pizza I grew up on. Munster's John's did not dissappoint. I would recommend John's to family and friends. I'll visit this location again the next time I'm in town. John's is a gem in the Calumet Region.“

“This restaurant really shocked me with the taste of the food. The food was so delicious I wanted to chew my fingers off too to get all the rest of the goodness off of it. This may sound funny but seriously, the food was so good and although I don't live in Illinois but every time I come to visit I will come to this place. I love the chicken Alfredo. Thank you to the staff and the owner that happened to be there at the time for the hospitality and for such great service. The prices are reasonable and that's shocking because the food is too good for the prices that they are. I think they should be more but I'm grateful for where they are. I recommend this place. “Let’s start with the food it has to be probably the most perfectly cooked clean food. I have to also give some props for the customer service, there’s always a sweet young man working in the front that never fails to assist in any way. Atmosphere is inevitable to not be the best as in a 5 star restaurant although for chicken and fish and chicken shop it has to be by far the finest I’ve walked into. For everyone whose has the cravings or interest for any delicious fried food I’d highly recommend.!“

My favorite flavors are double cheddar, jalapeño cheddar and and dill. “Sharks won't sell two piece fish and fries beyond 4:00pm. Requires three piece fish and fries be sold after 4:00pm with inflationary prices added to sales price. In today's inflationary times people shop where they can get the most for their dollar. Unfortunately for Sharks it's cheaper to go to the grocery store and prepair the food yourself. I encourage Americans throughout the US to boycott fast food chains that require their product be sold at larger quantities with inflationary prices attached to it. It's Americans who pay your check not hugs.“
“Sharks chicken is great as long as you tell them that you want fresh chicken and don't order until you get to the location. They precook their chicken and then dip it back in the greese to get it hot again otherwise it is the best but ask about the specials because they won't just offer that information“

Long story short we left after googling this place.. everything was good, the drinks, the DJ was very entertaining and engaging the crowd.. I could’ve stayed much longer but had to get up for work in the morning. Between the good food, vibe and drinks I didn’t want to leave. I’m not a crustacean guy so I had the fried flounder with fries and the mozzarella sticks with Marina and my wife had crab legs thanks for everything I’ll be back soon. But I’ll make sure I don’t have work the following morning so I can stay longer“
