“There’s not much of a selection on food/pastries for a coffee shop. However, there is good coffee and tea. One thing I wish that they’d change is they do not allow laptops at any of the tables other than the high top area. If this changed I would give it 5 stars. For me, I’d like to sip on coffee, work on personal things (pay bills/family matters/travel plans/read through online articles) on a laptop in a good vibes scenery but it’s not the same if I can’t do that at a table. I wouldn’t necessarily say this place is very kid friendly but that’s more because I don’t see kids there, the staff has never said anything otherwise. Very friendly staff!“

“Newport Evanston is such a cool spot. I love the clean, modern design. The coffee was incredible. We spent hours sipping and talking, and it just felt right. Unlike the usual dark coffee houses, Newport is light, bright, and inviting. Service was excellent. Parking was easy. The location is great. I loved it and can’t wait to come back.“

“Decided to pop in on a warm day in the pre-spring season and grabbed a feel good juice and tunacado….i don’t know what I expected from this sandwich, but it exceeded my expectations and then some. The bread is the perfect thickness and crunch, it’s like a panini but not at the same time. Definitely try a sandwich while you’re there!

“Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“
