“I am eating a strawberry donut I bought ten minutes ago as I write this! I've been dying to stop at D&D's forever, so I brought my son today to get some donuts. The donuts are all HUGE and beautiful. She gave us free samples of the donut holes to try which my son loved. She explained every flavor and how long they keep and that we can freeze them.
These are the best donuts I've ever had!!! And I've had donuts all over Chicago. They're unbelievably soft and delicate. There is real fruit in the icing. This strawberry donut tastes like a fresh strawberry. My son had a great time and she was so kind to him. We will be back!! I want to try the massive apple fritter. 😭❤️“

“I usually order a matcha iced latte with banana syrup. The woman with the pink hair makes my drinks and she’s very friendly. Today, there was a new face and I overheard that he’s worked there for months. What threw me off was how he kept wiping his nose and running his hands through his hair while taking orders, then making drinks and serving food. My coffee tasted warm (I ordered a banana iced latte with cf). So I ordered a matcha to make up for it, but the drink itself was overly sweet and way too milky compared to the past drinks I’ve ordered. Maybe it was just a bad day, but overall it’s been decent.“

“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. Wish we could go inside to enjoy donuts & coffee knowing it's something our son would truly enjoy.“

“Fantastic cake donuts and danishes! Schlegl's is a treasure. If you are in need of a morning (or afternoon) treat, go there! It's much better than a national chain or a supermarket! (I liked Dominick's cake donuts too, but Shlegl's's are bigger and better!) I only wish I lived closer....“

“Absolutely loved Duck Donuts! 🍩 The donuts are made fresh to order and served warm, which makes them extra delicious. So many fun flavors, toppings, and combinations to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly, and the whole experience was fun and enjoyable.

“Junayed is honestly one of the best employees at Dunkin’! I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s always nice seeing a familiar and friendly face. He’s always so polite, welcoming, and attentive, and he knows exactly how I like my coffee.
I specifically look forward to coming in when Junayed is working because I know my coffee will be made just right every time. His consistency and great customer service really stand out. He’s definitely someone I trust, and he’s a big reason why I enjoy being a regular customer here! ☕😊“

“I have come here quite a few times for breakfast and I can tryly say that the folks who run this DD are the best!!! They are super polite, very efficient, and always on time. There have been instances when I was running late and needed to get to work on time. I ordered from the app before I arrived and my food was always ready! “This DD was closed for 10 long days for a remodel and I tried other locations and no one does it better than this one, in fact I stop trying other locations during the 10 days.I had found it a couple years ago and get my coffee almost everyday from here. The products, especially the coffee is always consistent. The staff is the best I have experienced like no other. Only smiles and eager to serve!“

“Food is great, customer service is terrible. I use to go to that Dunkin donuts alot before my shift and it was always a good vibe until the lady with the red hair started working there. Said goodmorning to her in a normal way and she never says anything. Then when I asked how I want my order she has this nasty attitude. Happened on 09/22/26 around 9am. Haven't been there in months ever since I transfer to a different truck lot. Went back on that day and her attitude is the same. You work at a Dunkin donuts at a gas station, humble yourself“

“My mom had a flat tire and we were in our way to fix it but we had to stop in the parking lot in dunkin we tried calling a tow truck nobody picking up so we went inside the dunkin’ and really nice and amazing person asked if our tire is flat and she offered to ask dominos to get the jack but we didn’t no how to so these to amazing pepole helped change the tire“
