“I wish I could say something good about today's visit to Castelli's... ●Always a highlight when we want to go out to dinner and drive the hour it takes to get there... Their fried chicken has always been a delight to look forward to... But today's experience was a big disappointment... The chicken prices have gone up and the chicken piece sizes have gone down... The dark chicken pieces I received were Lilliputian in size... I thought a mistake had been made, for when I saw my drumstick, I thought they were part of a wing.... I asked the waitress ( More on her later) about the small size and she agreed it was small and she would bring me 2 more.... I had finished with my meal by the time the extra drumsticks arrived, so I took them home.... The drum sticks that I took home were no bigger than the ones I was served at the restaurant... Once home, I measured the drumsticks and they were each less than 4 inches long ... The service was very sub par.... Never were we asked for our water to be refilled.... And not until the end of the meal did she ask to refill our other beverages... Like I said, Very disappointed today... It will be awhile before I darken their door again....“

“We came on a Saturday night and the bar was full but all the tables were empty. I had been here 10 years earlier and the pizza was great! We ordered the bacon cheeseburger bombs, the steak and shrimp Alfredo, the spinach and bacon tortellini and my son had enchiladas. The steak was so tender, the bacon amped up the tortellini dish and my son was raving about the Mexican! The women’s bathroom made us laugh! There was a barstool right next to the commode, the toilet was elevated so someone short would be on their tiptoes and the mirror was hanging. It was a great experience and the food and service were top notch!!!“

“Celebrated a friend’s birthday and the evening could not have been better! Our server, Rose did a fabulous job. 4 out of 5 of us had never dined here before and Rose was so helpful with her recommendations from the menu. We started with a couple appetizers, toasted artichoke hearts and stuffed mushrooms. Both apps were very good. My pepperloin with a side of blue cheese and bacon potatoes was delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection. Tony’s is a great place for a special occasion or a date night. We will definitely be back!“
