“Gourmet Foods came thru for us again. We had a last-minute event for 50 people. The food was delicious, delivered HOT, set up quickly, and presented lovely. We had Beef, Chicken, and Shrimp with carrots, Brussels sprouts, and garlic potatoes. I had many complaints about the food. Would highly recommend!“

“What a breath of fresh air. I know running a Subway is incredibly difficult with how corporate gouges the franchised locations, but this location stands above the rest. No skimping on ingredients, great attitudes and friendly employees. This is the Subway to go to.“

Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. “Turkey titan was good. As was turkey bacon avocado wrap. Clean store. Friendly staff. Went at lunch and they got me and two people behind me thru fast. Ingredients seemed fresh. I know they don’t take the coupons but get over it reviewers. It’s not like it’s THAT expensive and i imagine the profit margin on these franchises is not great. I took a star down on atmosphere because they had some weird whale music on and it was real loud. Would have been annoying if i was dining in.“

“Always knew about the location on the south end of the mall but not sure when this location opened and when The Great Steak & Potato Co. folded but Charley's delivers a decent tasting cheesesteak.My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA from time to time will stop in at Charley's for a cheesesteak when going for his daily walk in the mall. He's very picky about his cheesesteaks but claims this place has a decent taste if not a bit pricy.I appreciate a cheesesteak here from time to time especially The Old School cheesesteak w/ Old School Philly fries, MMMM!! Since it is a chain, you'll commonly hear/read that they're not authentic or the meat's bland compared to a real Philly cheesesteak.It really is "you like what you like" and if the customer service is consistently good like any other location I've been to then it's a go-to spot.“
