“So I don't know about the negative reviews but when order on the phone got the chow main and orange chicken and dinner special it was really good fresh and they where super nice before closing they let me use the bathroom and it was clean . “After going the first time I knew I'd be coming back. The staff is so kind and the service is remarkably quick. The food is unbelievably delicious. Favorites of ours are the soup dumplings, the green beans, and the scallion pancakes. We've also gotten the beef dumplings, fried rice, orange chicken, combo chow mein, crab rangoons, and pork buns - all of which were great. The dan dan noodles fell a little flat for us. I really liked the stir fried pancake but it's not for everyone. Both times I've gone with a small group (4-6 people) and it took a little time to get seated (<20 mins) but it was the dinner rush and their dining space is admittedly on the smaller side - maybe 6 tables with 20-25 seats total? Overall my friends and I love this place and will definitely be coming back again and again!“

“My family and I traveled to Chicago twice this year and dined at the Asian Cuisine Express both times. The owner, cooks and wait staff were all extremely friendly and made each of our visits a wonderful experience. We ordered Chinese and Japanese food and we also sampled some of their new delicious tacos... everything we tried was absolutely fantastic. We live 300 miles away so we ordered a lot of takeout to bring home with us to share with our friends who didn't get to make the trips. Asian Cuisine express will be a regular stop now for us every time we go to Chicago... we highly recommend everyone tries this restaurant and we can't wait until we visit there again. “Harmony Restaurant absolutely delivered. I ordered the beef Pad Thai, and it was chef’s kiss. Perfectly cooked noodles, tender beef, and a rich, balanced sauce that hit that sweet-savory sweet spot just right. Every bite tasted fresh and full of flavor without being heavy.
I usually take pictures of my food, but I was too busy enjoying it to remember always the sign of a great meal. Harmony lives up to its name with comforting, well-crafted dishes that keep you coming back. Highly recommend, especially if Pad Thai is your go-to.“

“This was my first time trying this place, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the dinner special with general tso’s chicken, and it was amazing!! I’m usually picky with chicken but this one was made so well, and the fried rice was perfect. I requested no egg in the fried rice and a vegetable egg roll, and they were so kind and considerate to not only honor my requests but label them too!! I was worried about this because not every place is careful enough, and it can ruin your whole meal when not done right but this place did. The food was delicious, piping hot (even though my DoorDash driver had to make multiple stops before mine!), and an amazing value for the amount of food you get. The Thai iced tea was the cherry on top! 10/10 thank you for a perfect comfort meal after a long day“

“okay I am looking at the other reviews and the only thing that is a lie is large portions! there is no large portion! this is probably the smallest lunch special that cost close to $15 that I've ever had at any Chinese restaurant ever. you can go to a buffet and get all you can eat for $15. definitely a sample plate or portion for a child. I ordered to go and looked inside the container and was like WOW! NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. “This is the second time we've ordered from here, and the food tastes great.
We ordered KUNG BAO DELIGHT, and it was very tasty, and the portion was very large.
We also ordered COMBINATION FRIED RICE, and it tasted great, but I asked to make spicy, and they didn't prepare it properly.
We also ordered EGG ROLLS, and they were delicious and a good size, but the CRAB RAGOONS were good, but a little over-fried.

We’ve been getting takeout from here for 20 years and have dined in many times, and were curious what the newly reopened restaurant would be like. We couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised - we got a few of the same dishes we’ve ordered for years, as well as a couple new ones to test it out. The quality of the meat and seafood is on another level now; the batter on the chicken is fresh and crispy; giant, meaty shrimp made the fried rice even better; and the Mongolian beef was tender (not spongy or fatty) and the sauce was caramelized perfectly. The crab Rangoon were lighter and had a noticeably more authentic crab flavor, and were delighted that our favorite egg rolls seem to have stayed exactly the same! We also tried the new mango sago snow ice which we will definitely get again — a really light and not too seeet way to finish the meal. “Stopped here after a long day at the hospital and it was just what we needed. We we re e seated right away, the inside was authentic and very classic Chicago Chinese hole in the wall. If youre from Chicago, you know this is a good sign. The server came ans took our order right away, they didnt talk much but again, that doesn't matter when the food is good.

We ordered the Crab Rangoons, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Beef and Broccoli and Egg Foo Young. The Ragoons came out hot ans fresh, the Sweet ans Sour Chicken was cooked perfectly and the fried rice with it was also delicious. The Beef and Broccoli was a little too sweet but still good and the Egg Foo Young was also cooked pretty good, a little burnt but still good. And the side off Egg rolls and egg drop soups were so simple and yet so delicious.

“I just have to give a huge shout-out to one of my favorite Chinese spots in the neighborhood! This place has truly become a go-to for me and my family. The food is always fresh, comes out nice and hot, and tastes absolutely delicious every single time. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.

The prices are also amazing — very economical, especially for the quality and portion sizes you get. It’s hard to find great food at great prices these days, but this spot definitely delivers on both.

And I have to give a special shout-out to Victoria (Vicky), the cashier. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She really knows the menu inside and out and has given us some of the best recommendations we’ve tried. Every time we walk in, she makes us feel appreciated and taken care of. Customer service like that makes all the difference.

If you’re looking for delicious, affordable Chinese food with warm, friendly service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend“

We get the chicken chop suey, combo lo mein, mushroom or ham egg foo young. The egg rolls are good and the wonton soup is a fave when I'm sick!

The closest Chinese restaurant was Jade Garden so I placed an order for chicken fried rice, Kung pao chicken, veggie lo mein, & 2 egg rolls. The order came with a side of white rice too. It was sooo much food; I had 2 plates worth to get my fill while my wife had 1. The next 2 days I ate leftovers for breakfast; I also passed along some food for my mom to try when I went to visit her. The owner ran outside to my van to see my kids and my husband because she remembers us as 19/20 year olds dating. She serves the best crab Rangoon and told us told us to order from the party trays to make sure our kids are fed. Very lovely lady and great food.“

“In this food court Liang’s Chinese Cafe had the longest wait line by Asians and it was worth tasting authentic Chinese food. Their noodles were popular. I got to try their spicy pig stomach which was definitely spicy but that was to be expected. As for the food? Not bad, as the Chinese say. I look forward to coming back and trying other dishes.“

We had the combination rice Thai style, crab rangoons, egg rolls, and also the General Tso Chicken , followed by some of the signature rolls. OMG DELICIOUS.
