“The Dunkin’ Donuts on Randall road is amazing!!! They were so sweet to my dogs and she absolutely loved Clark 💕 they each got a lil vanilla munchkin and she even gave them treats to go! Definitely made my morning a little bit better. I’m really big on customer service, and she was the sweetest. Will definitely be coming back with the boys to see her again🥰. Way to go girl at the drive-through!“

“I love getting my morning coffee from Elder + Oat a few times a week. It is a little bit of a haul from my house but totally worth it. Have usually get their monthly seasonal cold brew I have never disliked it. Nicole is the sweetest barista! I highly recommend this cute coffee shop!“

“The inside was very clean, tables were kept well and there were plenty of places to sit. Coffee and tea were amazing, we got a green tea and nitro cold brew and they exceeded expectations. We got a ham and cheese sandwich and a spicy avocado bacon sandwich and those also exceeded expectations. Everything was served in a timely manner and the baristas were friendly and welcoming. Will return even though we don't live close, and would recommend. 10/10“

“I just wanted to thank my Starbucks Baristas at this location. Every single one of them is so incredibly kind and welcoming. Even if I’m having a really bad day they always make me smile. When I walk in they know me and know my order by heart (even though it’s stupid complicated). Today I walked in and she had already started loading it into the register by the time I walked up. I go out of my way to go to this location even if another location is closer. “I got a large ice coffee. It was made perfect it was delicious when I walked thru the door I was greeted right away. The place was extremely clean. I did use the restroom very clean. This is around 9 o’clock in the morning. The drive-through was very busy. There was only a few people in the restaurant. I have to say I did notice their donut counter where they have all the donuts it was very, very clean. I will go back to this location because the employees there were super friendly, and the place was very very clean. Great job.“

“This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.“

“I like your coffee. And it is the nearest Starbucks to my job. Before job I wanted to buy cappuccino, came 20 min to 7:00 pm. Barista said with machine done can make espresso and any hot drinks. It is easy to wash the pitcher and steamer. I went out without coffee.“

“I went today and this was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin! The gentlemen working was very kind and worked quickly. He made the best oat milk shaken espresso I’ve had and filled it with a very appropriate amount of ice which I really appreciate (other Dunkins always fill it to the brim with ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink). Highly recommend.“

“TJ and his staff here are unmatched compared to anywhere else that I have been to. I drive past 4 other locations on my way to work to see the staff here to get a drink that I could get anywhere else. The atmosphere and energy they bring is only matched by their customer service and ability to make any guest feel as they are the most important person, not just someone in line. The staff here is always on point with a friendly hello and a warm smile to make any day a good one and that is customer service that you just can't teach. If I could I would give them 7 out of 5 stars!“
