“We are in Chicago to see a Bulls game and came across this place via Google. It did not disappoint! The service, atmosphere and above all the food was AMAZING! We each tried something different. NO one left disappointed- and make sure you get the Banana Pudding, no matter how full you are after your meal!!“

“Love coming for happy hour! Super fun atmosphere and employees are so so nice! One small thing, every table including my own was bothered by the same homeless man who was saying incredibly inappropriate things to women and about the women there. He hung around the tables for a long time. The staff didn't do anything about it and in fact encouraged behavior by giving him food that people were done eating. I would let this go because we need to help each other but he was being very very inappropriate about women there.“

“Super cool space with gigantic beer garden!! Highly recommend this local NW side brewery for a quick beer or an afternoon or evening of drinking and maybe even brawling! Industrial-hip interior with large outdoor beer garden, where dogs are welcome. I have posted the beer and food menus from 9/17/26. Humongous beer selection. Though there are many breweries with better beer, the cool atmosphere is worth checking this one out!! We normally sit at the bar, so can’t comment on the service which, from reviews can be good to poor. Bathroom were clean.
For a brewery, the staff was remarkably normal! Few weirdos, beer snobs, and general punks.“

“It was my 1st time eating Korean BBQ. The food was delicious and it's fun to have the BBQ cooked at your table. I loved all the side dishes and all 3 types of meat we had were very tasty and tender. I didn't find the staff to be very friendly, that would have made the atmosphere so much better. I felt the price was unexpectedly high but it was definitely something I would do again.“

“Hubs and I came last night for an impromptu date night. The holiday décor was absolutely beautiful, you can tell a lot of effort and attention went into it. The staff were all super friendly and helpful! We arrived during the dinner rush, and given it’s the holiday season, I’m sure there’s an uptick in guests, but we were still seated within about 15–20 minutes, which was impressive. There is a one-hour dining limit during this season, I understand they’re turning tables quickly to accommodate everyone, especially having worked in the industry myself. However, I was really disappointed that every single item we ordered was cold. I don’t usually like to complain, so I didn’t mention it at the time, assuming it was just due to how busy the restaurant was. But after reading other reviews, it seems this may be a recurring issue, which is unfortunate. I’m not sure I would return, but on a positive note, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were wonderful. Hopefully they can work with the kitchen to make sure the food is served hot, because everything else about the experience was great!“

“I recently reached out to Mindy's for a birthday cake for my sisters birthday. The process was incredibly smooth to get my order in and confirmed. The woman who replied to my email request was kind, understanding and knowledgeable as she walked me through the whole process. They were clear up front about not doing heavy design work but since it's Mindy's, everything is always so good that I was here for the flavors not necessarily design. Then they suggested fresh flowers to lift the cake up and admittedly I had no idea how it would turn out. Well let me tell you all, this was the prettiest, best tasting cake I've ever had before. People stopped me as I was walking out with it to admire it. The people at the restaurant we hosted the party at wanted to know where it was from. Cakes are honestly such a center piece of a party and this cake did not disappoint. Mindy and her team are some of the best, most talented people around. Come support this shop whether it's for a bagel or a custom cake. Thank you, Mindy. Thank you Mindy's team!!“

“We had a fabulous dinner last night at Chicago Kalbi with Cummins Peru, Komat'su, and the VPs from Antimina copper mine.
Such a great place, where you cook the wagyu & kobe beef at your table. The food was delicious ?
Isao Tozuka, the chef and his wife Chiyo-san, are fabulous hosts, very friendly, and really happy to help and show you how things are do e.
I would definitely recommend coming here. It's a unique place. Make sure you book though ad it can be busy.“

“Went in today aug 9 2026 ordered a 2. Meat plate sausage and brisket with Mac and cheese and potato salad
Was so good went back for a half pound of brisket
I had left a review about a year ago saying food was only ok
When I was there last I talked with the owner and asked if they had made any changes he said they did because they read their reviews
The changes were well received by me everything was really good
I'd say if you want barbecue give them a try“

BBQ with great smokiness and flavor. we come here often and love the brisket Chile, ribs, smoked turkey and of course those amazing burgers. last time I was there it was $5 Burger night and it's amazing that they can serve a great smoky burger on fresh roll with fries for this price. full bar with a good selection of beers“

“Omg!! I can't say enough nice things!! I was working the Southport Art Fest this weekend as a Brand Ambassador and it's always hard to find great food, at a reasonable price, that's ready fast enough. They hit it outta the park!!! “Such a chill cozy spot for some kbbq. We came here for some grilled gopchang and daechang and it did NOT disappoint. The intestines came out so crispy and delicious! They also did not skimp on the banchan, this is one of the best banchan spreads I’ve seen. The hubby’s fave of the night is the Wagyu boneless short rib 😋“

“I gave five stars because I absolutely love they turkey tips I stumbled upon this location last month and I have been recommending my customers to go there but today was a very bad experience for me and I probably won’t be returning because the lady at the counter today was very very very rude to me and I truly don’t appreciate that. This is my first time seeing her there it’s usually a nice gentleman man that works there I asked her may I have a bag please for my food she turned around and looked at me with disgust and said “I’m going to put it in a bag “then took the bag and threw it on the counter at me I’m so glad that I’m more in to my church now because she almost took me there but the devil is a lie. So sad because I actually love their turkey tips. I don’t understand why people work at an establishment that they don’t like or don’t like being there because to me customer service is everything especially when I spending my hard earned money.“

The food is always a hit, the vibe super cozy--especially when it's otherwise freaking cold 9 months out of the year in these parts--and the staff is seasoned and excellent. Also good for takeout and delivery when you don't feel like cooking.“
