Hands down one of the cleanest, friendliest Taco Bells I've been to in quite some time.
Walked in, and started tomorrow through the kiosk, a yound man (worker) said if we needed help not to hesitate to ask, which I thought was very nice since most young kids and even some adults these days don't want to even look at you and greet you when you walk through the door.

The dining room was super clean and the food was exactly what we ordered, pop wasn't flat like usual.

Thank you to the young staff at this specific Taco Bell. Keep up the good work and thank you for showing respect to your customers.“

“The girl at the counter, was very nice. The receipt said her name was Emily. I ordered an oreo milkshake which was surprisingly more difficult to order than i had planned. Originally i ask the Rainbow Cone counter for an oreo milkshake only to find out they don’t do shakes but the Buona side does. Odd. However, i had to ask the nice cashier what a sweet treat bit milkshake was because the description for the item was “ vanilla milkshake with sweet treat bits”

As someone who’s never been to a Buona location before i had no idea what sweet treat bits are. It would help your customers to know what the ingredients are before purchasing. So if you’re like me and don’t know what the “ bits” are, it’s peanut butter cups and oreo pieces and one other candy that i can’t remember. And you can order each of those ingredients separately in a milkshake. Overall good experience slightly disappointed in having to go to the other counter and not clear ingredients.“

Really good food all around whether I'm craving gyros, a burger (I'm sorry, a Samburger), Chicago dog or Italian beef: Sammie's always does it right.

This location like others I've been to offers delicious grub at still reasonable prices, a clean dining space and of course friendly customer service.

I ordered pick up from UberEats today and accidentally ordered at the wrong location.. which I didn’t realize until I came to pick up my food… A gentleman named Teal was working behind the counter and said he would call the other location right away to cancel the order and remake my food for me! He was so kind and accommodating and gave me zero issue. I am very pleased at the quality service I received today. Of course food was delicious on top of it. Thank you so much Teal!! 🙏“

“Went through the drive through I waited a few mns for my food. I gor a cheese burger and cheese curds. They came out piping hot! This is awesome and they held the heat in well.

It was really good.
The curds could be better if they added garlic to them. I love their cheese curds.“

“Silly question I don't know about the atmosphere I go to the drive-thru. I get the jalapeno poppers sometimes they are not up to par. I had several with no jalapenos in it, one order was dried out and unedible. They give you sauce that you don't ask for and I throw it out. But I like their jalapeno poppers better than the other places around. Employees are generally nice.“

Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. “Came here after a long day of walking at the nearby amusement park. Place was not very crowded and we were able to order immediately and sit down. I ordered a mod pizza with several custom toppings. Pizza came out relatively fast, about 15 minutes, and were very warm. Pizza came out delicious and perfectly cooked. Pizza definitely filled me up fully. “The Subway on Rollins Road in Round Lake was an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant was extremely clean, from the dining area to the food prep stations, showing great attention to hygiene and detail. It was also very spacious, making it comfortable to dine in without feeling crowded. The quality of the food was outstanding—everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I was also impressed by their phenomenal speed and efficiency, as my order was ready in no time without sacrificing quality. Typically we play it safe with the BOGO Double Butter Burger Deluxe burgers w/o bread but tonite we were feeling like a change of pace so I took a chance a called to what other GF options we had. Olivia was an absolute rock star and knew all the answers to my gluten free questions. She spoke to me on the phone and then assisted with my additional questions once I was onsite to order. “Everytime I've ordered from this location the order is accurate, tastes great, & fast & friendly service. I deliver for uber eats so I see a lot of restaurants over & over & notice grease marks & fingerprints all over many front doors, dirty counters, etc but not this location. Everything always looks clean, they have lots of hot food they keep making while selling so much, so theres always plenty. All the employees are always running around working hard, nobody is ever just standing! And they are all very friendly. Everybody seems to put in teamwork so everything runs efficiently. They’re always very nice, apologetic when it takes awhile to fill an order (which is totally fine!), and the food is usually super fresh. No issues! Give everyone a raise, they deserve it!“

“At 9:00 p.m., on Friday, December 16, 2022, our group of thirty-plus 6th through 8th graders, and their parents, converged upon 5555 Grand Avenue in Gurnee, IL. Our normal after performance ice cream place had closed early that night, so we set our sets on the next closest, largest and family friendly restaurant…McDonalds. We were loud. 30 kids singing show tunes at 9:00 at night, immediately following a theater performance? We were SO loud and ridiculously unorganized. Your employees, every single one of them still left at the restaurant at that hour, were so kind, patient, understanding, friendly, polite and hard-working. The manager on staff at the time, Cesar Lopez, managed it all beautifully and even kindly suggested we call ahead next time so he can be certain he’ll have enough staff on hand to handle another after-theater surge. While our kids were all mostly well-behaved and polite, it was definitely loud, controlled chaos for a good hour. We’re so very thankful for the extremely respectful way our kids were treated that night. The employees at 5555 Grand Avenue made what could have been a very stressful event into a…non-issue. Which, when you’re trying to corral 30+ adolescents, is a very good thing. You’ve found customers for life.“

I stopped in with my son, one thing you should be aware of, it's fairly pricey. but the personnel were fantastic. 28 bucks for a double cheeseburger, fries, a drink, and a milkshake, is a little steep. but that doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the food. I have eaten at several of these establishments, and they are dependent on the staff and how they prepare the food. this one in particular is one of the better ones.“
