“While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“

“The Subway on Rollins Road in Round Lake was an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant was extremely clean, from the dining area to the food prep stations, showing great attention to hygiene and detail. It was also very spacious, making it comfortable to dine in without feeling crowded. The quality of the food was outstanding—everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I was also impressed by their phenomenal speed and efficiency, as my order was ready in no time without sacrificing quality. Overall, it was an impressive visit, and I will definitely be returning soon“

“Very disappointed that they do not offer any salad combinations other than chicken. Most sandwich places offer any of their sandwiches made into a salad. For example, a simple Julianne salad with ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese would be a nice change. Cook would not substitute for chicken. If they have all the fixings, I don't see why they can't make more salad options.“

“Always knew about the location on the south end of the mall but not sure when this location opened and when The Great Steak & Potato Co. folded but Charley's delivers a decent tasting cheesesteak.My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA from time to time will stop in at Charley's for a cheesesteak when going for his daily walk in the mall. He's very picky about his cheesesteaks but claims this place has a decent taste if not a bit pricy.I appreciate a cheesesteak here from time to time especially The Old School cheesesteak w/ Old School Philly fries, MMMM!! Since it is a chain, you'll commonly hear/read that they're not authentic or the meat's bland compared to a real Philly cheesesteak.It really is "you like what you like" and if the customer service is consistently good like any other location I've been to then it's a go-to spot.“

I normally don’t review fast food restaurants too often, but I feel like Quizno’s isn’t getting the brand recognition that it deserves.I had two Italian Meatball sandwiches on the Sammie flatbread (typical to my normal order at other sub shops like Subway), and I was very impressed! I had decent expectations going in as I remember my last visit to a Quizno’s joint (a rest stop somewhere on I-94) was pretty good (likewise, it had been over 5 years since I’d been to Quizno’s due to the lack of location near where I live), and those expectations were certainly exceeded!The employee working the store was also very helpful, and promptly had my food prepared well.As comically long as I may have seemed to spend on this review, I’d feel guilty if I didn’t share my love for Quizno’s.
