“It’s a nice place to eat. Unfortunately there was a party of 10 celebrating a birthday. They was very loud and obnoxious. Couldn’t really enjoy the atmosphere. Staff didn’t tell them to lower their voices. Maybe they need a special room away from the front so that other paying customers can enjoy their meals and conversations.“

“I made reservations and pre ordered our pizza so what could go wrong... Almost everything! I had to wait for a booth to be cleaned , I sat down and both seats were still wet I found out when i sat down . I took napkins off another table to dry everything myself as a server walked by not offering to help. The menus were stuck to the table because nothing was dried after cleaning . And i'm not talking about little damp! We asked the server how long for our pre ordered “Deep cheese butter crust”pizza. Both me and my guest were starving coming straight from work . She said 15 minutes which seemed about right just to warm a pre ordered pizza. So after 25 minutes the server came back making excuses why the pizza wasn't done , she offered a comp appetizer so we picked what we thought was the fastest app to make ,Bruschetta . About 15 minutes later our pizza comes out before the appetizer. More excuses . We ate the pizza and boxed the bruschetta The manager never came over to apologize but he did comp most of the bill , and my niece was given a dessert for her birthday we were celebrating . It was not that busy and our order could not have been easier . The Naperville location has always been my favorite not sure what going on there but there's lots of training opportunities that should happen after this type of customer experience!“

“We love this mod and we only visit abouf 3 times a year . It is usually a good experience aside from the high wait time on weekends . Unfortunately there were a few more problems than usual this time . The topping we asked extra for seemed to be slimmer than usual. We asked for one topping on the side, and it was put on the pizza . One pizza wasn't cut . All small things, but they do add up . Otherwise, I love this location, and the free toppings are amazing“

“They have fresh pizza. And they make everything in front of you. I particularly enjoy the pizzas that do not have meat. The fresh taste is there and this makes you want to come back. Food prep is fast and you will have your food in about 10 minutes or so. I recommend.“

“The food is fresh. You can taste that they make their own salsa, for example. The veggies on my salad were bright and crisp. In comparison to other places, you can tell you are eating fresh food. The coffee is good. They have lots of seating. Service is friendly, helpful and efficient. Good prices. Local. Easy parking. What more can you ask for?
