“They have great luncheon specials with generous portions and a free egg roll. I love hot and spicy dishes; my favorite is Kung Pao Beef which has a ton of flavor (nice heat), a lot of beef, peanuts and very tasty fried rice. I also like their Shrimp Egg Foo Yung. The other reviewer here is totally wrong. Either he needs to add soy sauce or maybe he was going through chemotherapy and had lost his sense of taste. Their service is also terrific and if you phone in your order ahead of time it will be piping hot ready for pickup iun about 15 minutes within 15 minutes.“

“From the minute we walked in everything was wonderful. Our server was friendly and beyond accommodating. As was the chef when we requested a dish not on the menu. The food was exceptional. The best Chinese food we’ve ever had in the suburbs. Definitely compares to Chinatown.“

“Server forgot to place our order with the kitchen. After telling us our meal would be out in a couple of minutes he re-took our order. The meal was not expedited so it took a total of 50 minutes for two entrees to come out of the kitchen. We should have had clear communication after we repeated our order for so we could relax while we waited. Food was good, and dessert was free.“

“My family and I traveled to Chicago twice this year and dined at the Asian Cuisine Express both times. The owner, cooks and wait staff were all extremely friendly and made each of our visits a wonderful experience. We ordered Chinese and Japanese food and we also sampled some of their new delicious tacos... everything we tried was absolutely fantastic. We live 300 miles away so we ordered a lot of takeout to bring home with us to share with our friends who didn't get to make the trips. “It’s everything you want from a Chinese place. I honestly don’t believe any review less than 5 stars. Our area is plagued by bad to mid at best Chinese food, and Moy Yuen is a shining star (5 stars!). Everything we order is always delish and cooked quickly. The phone order is efficient with no delays. Try orange chicken, general chicken, lo mein, Mongolian beef, and Singapore noodles. And don’t forget the egg roll. The place is no frills but consistently great above average Chinese food in the Western Suburbs.

“This is the second time we've ordered from here, and the food tastes great.
We ordered KUNG BAO DELIGHT, and it was very tasty, and the portion was very large.
We also ordered COMBINATION FRIED RICE, and it tasted great, but I asked to make spicy, and they didn't prepare it properly.
We also ordered EGG ROLLS, and they were delicious and a good size, but the CRAB RAGOONS were good, but a little over-fried.

“I've visited this location several times over the past few years, and my experiences have generally been positive. One recurring issue has been the long wait times during busy hours, with waits sometimes stretching close to two hours before being seated. Even so, we kept coming back because it's conveniently located near our home, and we always enjoyed the variety of food on the menu.

When we visited again yesterday afternoon, we were happy to see there wasn't a wait, and we were seated almost immediately. Everything seemed to be going well, and the service was friendly as usual. Unfortunately, after getting home, I started feeling sick, and by today my stomach has been bothering me constantly. Based on how quickly the symptoms appeared, I believe I may have gotten food poisoning from something I ate during the visit. I can't say for certain which menu item caused the problem, but I know I felt perfectly fine beforehand.

This experience was really disappointing because we've supported this restaurant for a long time. The meal itself tasted normal, so the illness came as a complete surprise. I hope this was just an isolated incident and not something that happens regularly. I understand that mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but getting sick after eating is difficult to overlook. The location has always been convenient, and we've had many enjoyable meals here in the past. The atmosphere has generally been pleasant, and the staff has usually treated us well. That's what makes this experience even more unfortunate. At this point, we've decided that we won't be returning. I truly hope the restaurant reviews its food safety practices so that other customers don't have a similar experience.“

“Chen’s is my new go to chinese take out!! You guys have to try this place, 10/10 would recommend! The food is delicious and the service is AMAZING!! Well kept restaurant and the owners a hoot, funniest guy ever!! But the star of the show, their egg rolls!! BEST egg rolls ever!! And DONT even mention their, fire, as the kids say, fried rice!! “We recently visited for my bday on 5/31. The decor is beautiful and the service was stellar! Everyone was attentive and friendly. Our hibachi chef was amazing. He was extremely entertaining and super accommodating. He made our hibachi dinner experience the best we have ever had. The food was perfect and great portion sizes. My son even ordered Spider rolls and said they were amazing! My two teens and 1yr old enjoyed it immensely! Thank you all for the great celebration. We will be back for sure!!! I’m usually picky with chicken but this one was made so well, and the fried rice was perfect. I requested no egg in the fried rice and a vegetable egg roll, and they were so kind and considerate to not only honor my requests but label them too!! I was worried about this because not every place is careful enough, and it can ruin your whole meal when not done right but this place did. The food was delicious, piping hot (even though my DoorDash driver had to make multiple stops before mine!), and an amazing value for the amount of food you get. “okay I am looking at the other reviews and the only thing that is a lie is large portions! there is no large portion! this is probably the smallest lunch special that cost close to $15 that I've ever had at any Chinese restaurant ever. you can go to a buffet and get all you can eat for $15. definitely a sample plate or portion for a child. I ordered to go and looked inside the container and was like WOW! NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The closest Chinese restaurant was Jade Garden so I placed an order for chicken fried rice, Kung pao chicken, veggie lo mein, & 2 egg rolls. The order came with a side of white rice too. It was sooo much food; I had 2 plates worth to get my fill while my wife had 1. The next 2 days I ate leftovers for breakfast; I also passed along some food for my mom to try when I went to visit her. There was still enough remaining after all that for my wife to have a hearty lunch! Including tax it was $39ish which I felt was reasonable considering the sheer amount of food we received. The owner ran outside to my van to see my kids and my husband because she remembers us as 19/20 year olds dating.
