“It's a take out place. (Not dine in). I ordered curry goat with cabbage and yams and was very pleased with my meal.
The goat was tender and not overcooked (which happens alot when ordering goat). The flavor was excellent!
The cabbage was very good and the yam was just ok. (Gave me one large yam piece)
It included the rice &beans which were very good and well seasoned.
It was also a Great portion size for the price. I recommend and will visit again.“

“Ate here tonight and the food was wonderful. We had jerk turkey tips, jerk salmon and shrimp, yam, greens, cabbage, Mac and cheese and fried rice. Everything was tasty, hot, freshly made and spicy. “Finally got to try the Mariners Boil at Red Lobster Matteson. It did not disappoint, the lobster tail soaked up all of the RL Signature Butter sauce! So good! Lathaniel was great-- pleasant, welcoming, attentive, patient while we ordered, and knowledgeable. “Love this place - the chicken is always good. BUT if I order wings and ask for “mild sauce on the side” I only want mild sauce. I ordered 8 wings with mild sauce on the side and got 1 cup of mild sauce and 1 cup of hot sauce - I never asked for hot sauce so now I have 8 wings with 1 cup of sauce.“

“One of my favorite places to have a perfectly prepared dinner. The food never disappoints. Portions are large, so taking home enough for tomorrow's lunch is always possible. The service is really great. Most of the servers have been there for a long time so they know the menu well and are attentive without being obsessive. My favorite on the menu is the Tournedos of Beef. The sauce over them is wonderful.“

“My first visit here. I did not get to try any food. That's because lunch hours are 12:00 to 3:00 pm, and the kitchen opens back up at 5:00 p.m. I picked up my order today. I called it in. Please make sure when you call in your order to check to see what the specials are and how much they cost. According to the post, the special on Wednesday is a patty melt with fries for $6. When I got there they told me there was no special on patty melts. So I paid the regular price of $10.50 each. It's not a bad price but I was expecting to pay $12 in tax for two. I did go over the post with the cashier to make sure of any other specials going on during the week and of course the other specials were legit but not the one today. So I don't understand why the patty melt was not a special today.

Okay, let's get to the food. The patty melt was delicious. It was seasoned perfectly. The onions were grilled perfectly. The food was nice and hot.

I will come back again but I'm going to double-check to make sure about the prices before I do.

It's a great spot to hang out for lunch and dinner. There are less than 20 items on the menu but they are nicely priced. Also, if you're a drinker there's plenty of that too. And the prices are great.“

Went down the street to Bocce Bar and Grill and they were able to set our large group of 18 people. Great serve amd the food was amazing.
