“These cookies are so yummy and pretty, their not too sweet compare to other stores cookies. Frida greeted us with a smile right when we walked in. Even though she was busy with an order I also saw her greet other customers as soon as they came in the door as well. The service was quick. The store was kept clean! Crave Cookie in Mount Prospect has become my kids and I favorite cookie store!! :)“

“I went yesterday when visiting Chicago. I had never had it before but I went by the recommendations of Skokie residents and I was very impressed. I took 6 desserts home to Kentucky and my only regret is I didn’t take more oatmeal raisin cookies. Those were absolutely phenomenal.“

“I went to this location. The staff was friendly when I walked in. Also, I tried the dirty soda when they were having a free promotion and they were a good refreshing drink if you need a pickup in the afternoon. Come check out this location in a big shopping center with lots of other stores.“

“Stopped here for lunch. The establishment was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Great variety of things to choose from. The staff were friendly and quick. The ham and cheese croissant, pistachio spiral croissant, and iced hazelnut latte were very good. My only complaint would be that it is a little pricey but that wouldn’t stop me from eating there again or recommending to others.“

“Well ordered a half sheet tres leches cake for our family Christmas gathering. This was an amazing cake best we have had and great price for the size and quality. We will order again!! “Awesome little bakery! I wanted to try a black forest cake - which I can't say for sure I'd ever tasted before - before possibly attempting to make one for myself. After some Googling, scrutinizing reviews, and learning that this place is located only ~20 minutes away from me, I set my sights and was not disappointed. I ordered the smallest one, which is plenty big for only me and proved to be delicious! I hope to return in due time to try the Gateaux au Chocolat. Also picked up a slice of cheese cake for my mom, who said that it was delicious and had a lemon tang.

While I'm glad that I went on a Sunday, the parking lot isn't _that_ small. Yes, there is a sushi place next door, and it probably fills up during peak service hours. But there's even more parking a stone's throw away. I've been to dine-in restaurants on the North side with less parking, lol.“

“The bagel shop seems to stay consistently busy! A great thing but their system is flawed. You go in, grab a number & they call that number for you to tell one staff your order. That one staff will begin working on your order & after they’re done, you pay at the register. However there were moments when the staff did not call out numbers & just said “next” or didn’t reference a number at all; then causing confusion & people to go out of order. I was skipped over at least twice due to the confusion. It would be great if the shop could find a way to prevent this, so there’s no confusion. Thank you!

Needless to say I enjoyed the food very much. I’ve heard great things about this place & I will say that the quality of food is incredible. I hope to return & see an improved system to support staff & prevent them from going out of turn. I’ll update my review if I see any future changes.“
