“I came in 5 minutes before closing and I was apologetic to the very nice lady who attended to me. She told me that I wasn’t an inconvenience and to not worry since they didn’t close until 9 PM. I appreciated her genuine approach and the food was amazing. She even gave me two cookies for free! I’ll definitely come back due to her impeccable service!“

“I have been wanting to try Kong Dog for a while and I’m glad we did. The customer service was great and the food was better than expected.
You place your own order at the kiosk, but the staff was very helpful with our questions. The cook and cashier were both super kind.
The only downside was the seating area. The tables needed to be wiped down, although the ordering station and food line looked clean. Overall, a good experience and I would go back. We did take our food to go.“

“Me and my family LOVE this Sammie's specifically. It has a homie atmosphere inside, the workers feel like they're in sync and are very nice to the customers. The food they make is addicting, especially their chocolate shakes. When my family and I move, we'll most likely get Sammie's on the last day we live in this area.“

“This past June marked the first time in a few years dining in at this location. Lived in RL from May '89-Nov '02 which was obviously when I ate here a bit more regularly and dining in again brought back that nostalgia.

When it comes to having Arby's whether for lunch or dinner, I always make sure I'm starving prior to arriving and almost always order my usual which is the half-pound roast beef sandwich drenched in Arby's sauce.

There's one thing that Arby's doesn't have.......competition. There are plenty of other fast food chains that may operate at the same level but when it comes to the type of food, there's only 1 and that's Arby's.

Among your typical mass franchise chains whether McD's, Popeye's, BK, Subway, Wendy's, Taco Bell, etc.........Arby's has always been different in a positive way and sadly has the least amount of locations which is puzzling.

Only 6 locations in the entire Lake Co, should be at least double that. The taste of the food here especially the roast beef with a side of the classic curly fries or crinkle cuts always hits the spot.

As long as Arby's keeps making that scrumptious roast beef, I'll always pop in from time to time. Hope for several more years of boomin' business for the franchise owner.“

“ordered 2 chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef combo w/ mozzarella cheese and Giardiniera, jalapeño poppers and onion rings. $33.00 ☹️ the combo had barely any beef or Giardiniera on it. the onion rings were a big clump of a soggy greasy mess. the poppers were soggy too. They were not edible, threw them away. I don't know what happened, they used to be really good.“

“Tried the new menu item Gyros. Hope they keep it on the menu. They were great. The Tzatziki Sauce which makes a Gyro was perfect with enough cucumbers. We now have a new place to go to for Gyros. Last, I had just about everything on their menu and everything is delicious.“

My fiancé and I were looking for places to eat and we saw the panini bar, we were a little confused when we first pulled up, but we did some digging and found out it was in the LB Mart.
We got a turkey pesto and chicken chipotle panini, these were both SOOO good!
Definitely recommend this little hidden spot if your in the mood for a panini!“

Food was immaculate, which is wild to say about a fast food establishment. Came out super fast. The employee forgot our two medium baja blasts but get this… when we came back through he apologized and upgraded us to larges!! Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.“

Hands down one of the cleanest, friendliest Taco Bells I've been to in quite some time.
Walked in, and started tomorrow through the kiosk, a yound man (worker) said if we needed help not to hesitate to ask, which I thought was very nice since most young kids and even some adults these days don't want to even look at you and greet you when you walk through the door.

The dining room was super clean and the food was exactly what we ordered, pop wasn't flat like usual.

Thank you to the young staff at this specific Taco Bell. Keep up the good work and thank you for showing respect to your customers.“

“Usually great service and people, but you guys missed the mark tonight. The delivery person outside tried to give me at least 3 different orders that weren’t ours, and when we got home the chicken nuggets were missing the sauce, and the chili was missing the toppings and sour cream. Not a great outing tonight.“

“Their new green sauce is delightful. Hate the kiosk ordering which is challenging to order from. Why is a medium soft drink $1 but a small is $2.39? Yes they will still let you order at a cashier but there is no menu so you have to use the kiosk to see the selection. Why are the signs now all saying Taco Bell delivery? Do they not want us to come in?“

“While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“

“I recently went to Culver’s and had a really good experience overall. The food tasted fresh and better than most fast food places, especially the ButterBurger, which was juicy and flavorful. The fries were crispy, and everything came out hot. Their frozen custard was also a highlight—it’s super creamy and definitely stands out compared to regular ice cream. The service was friendly and the place was clean, which made it more enjoyable. It is a little more expensive than other fast food, but the quality makes it worth it.“

“Stopped at Culver’s on Route 83 as a last minute treat after a really rough morning at work, and the experience completely turned my day around.

I was greeted by the sweetest employee. I later called and found out her name was Hannah 🤩 She was so cheerful, patient, and genuinely kind. Her attitude alone put me in a much better mood.

Honestly, the positivity seems to carry through the whole restaurant because every employee I interacted with was friendly and enthusiastic, including the person who answered my call and the guy who brought out my food.

Such a great atmosphere and energy. I’ll definitely be coming back and taking the time to eat inside next time.

“Everytime I've ordered from this location the order is accurate, tastes great, & fast & friendly service. I deliver for uber eats so I see a lot of restaurants over & over & notice grease marks & fingerprints all over many front doors, dirty counters, etc but not this location. Everything always looks clean, they have lots of hot food they keep making while selling so much, so theres always plenty. All the employees are always running around working hard, nobody is ever just standing! And they are all very friendly. Everybody seems to put in teamwork so everything runs efficiently. There is an amazing crew here & with that being said they must have one awesome manager! I cant say enough good about you guys! Way to go & keep up the good work!! -Rachel-❤️“

“Standard BK, not bad, except, i feel they over salt everything at this location. The fries and nuggets have been super salty the last 3 times I've been. They always have fresh Tacos though, so that is good. And yes BK has a taco on the menu!“
