Throw in a cozy atmosphere with wood paneling and the smell of the fireplace. The best part is the service. From the moment you arrive until you get back in your vehicle their service is unmatched with a staff of professionals who have been there for years. “Best steak ever!!! It was an extremely tender rib eye - packed with flavor and cooked to the correct temp. Their mashed potatoes were divine and the Bordeaux was exquisite. As someone who DOESN’T keep kosher this was better than any steakhouse I’ve been to in the suburbs + city ?? Lincolnwood has THE best restaurants in the world. No one can tell me otherwise.“

Our group enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the Renegade Sirloin Steak, Ribeye Steak, Baby Back Ribs, and the 7 oz. LongHorn Salmon paired with 8 ct. Redrock Grilled Shrimp. We also had side orders of Shrimp & Lobster Chowder, Mixed Greens Salad, and Mashed Potatoes.

The steaks were perfectly cooked and incredibly succulent, satisfying every steak lover's craving.

The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, seasoned just right, and absolutely perfect.

The salmon and shrimp were delicious, offering a fresh and flavorful complement to the hearty dishes.

The Shrimp & Lobster Chowder was the perfect choice for a chilly Friday night, warm and full of rich seafood flavors.

“I've eaten at a lot of Capital Grille's across the US, last night in Chicago was the BEST server I've encountered. Her name was Olivia, and from the moment of our arrival she was engaging and attentive - highly professional and just very charming. On our way out I mentioned this to the restaurant's operation manager Adam Margolies, who himself was hustling around all night in the front of the house taking care of guests . Bravo guys, well done! Now just start carrying Monkey 47 gin to elevate your martinis to perfect. Thanks - great experience!“

Me and my wife go to a steakhouse in every city we visit and let me tell you it’s hard to nail all aspects of dining,apps, mains, dessert, and wine, but RPM blew me away! This is my #1 steakhouse I have visited in the world…I have been to 30 plus states, 15 countries and nothing has come close to this experience.“

“We began a new wedding anniversary tradition last year on August 24, and again celebrated on August 24 this year, 2025, at Rosebud Steakhouse on Walton. We were married in 1969 at the Drake Hotel a few doors away. The staff greeted us as old friends, courteously attentive and efficient. The steaks were perfectly prepared, as were our appetizers and sides. The famous butter cake with salted caramel gelato alone was worth the airfare from Denver! See you all next year on August 24 for our 57th anniversary!“

“We visited this amazing establishment last night and ordered the filet and the Manhattan strip for our entrées with a side of the mushrooms, and it was possibly one of the best steaks we had had. Our server and Jesse was wonderful, and when he wasn’t available home, there was another manager who came and brought items out, so there was no delay in service while he was attending another customer and socialized at the table. We dined outside on the patio underneath the heat lamp and lights. The Barn was the perfect atmosphere for our relaxing evening together. We were very pleased with all that we ordered as well as the service. We would highly recommend the Barn restaurant to others.“

The owner came over to our table and introduced himself and was very cordial and we had a smiling exchange. He came back again after we had a chance to sample our dinner to see that all was ok.
