Maddy was not only extremely pleasant but also very helpful in helping us get a new station on the television so we can keep up with the weather. Receiving great customer service can make or break an experience and for me determines whether I will return. The person operating the drive-thru was simply great. Dan was upbeat, energetic, friendly, and personable. Use him in one of your training videos for new hires.

There is actually a location across the street from where I work in Homewood. I usually get my coffee there right before work. Now, I'll stop at the Chicago Heights location instead.“
