“I stopped here driving through town with my brother and boyfriend, we all agreed this was the best mcdonalds we'd ever had. seriously so fresh tasting. the burgers, and a mcchicken which was seriously amazing. my boyfriend thought the fries were just maybe a little stale but I didn't notice. service wasnt anything crazy, they got us through fast and our food was correct so I don't mind that they didn't say much.“

Their employees are always cleaning, this lady in the Arby’s here is wiping every square inch of the dining area, every inch of every chair and bench. She has scrubbed the tables, the stand and feet that hold them up.“

“Buona Beef in pleasant Prairie has had a few growing pains, but our family has been faithful to keep ordering. They really turned things around for the better in the last several months. Very communicative, helpful with issues, actually made improvements to the app for ordering specific things like no salt etc. Definitely a family-oriented restaurant that listens to its consumers. “Walked in to pick up my order and was attended quite fast. My food wasn't ready but it didnt take long. The cashier was kind and welcoming. I ripped open my bag in the restaurant to check if they had put my Culver sauces in there because other locations dont put them in, but this location did and im very great full for that because I pay .50c each for those. It may not be a lot of money, but it's still a payment that im making for a product. I hope I didnt offend the workers. Would order from here again, i'd just rather use the drive-thru“

“Stopped by Buona for lunch and was really impressed. The Italian beef was excellent, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. Service was fast even though they were busy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. It's getting harder to find fast food places that consistently deliver good food and good service, but Buona definitely does. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be coming back.“

“This past June marked the first time in a few years dining in at this location. Lived in RL from May '89-Nov '02 which was obviously when I ate here a bit more regularly and dining in again brought back that nostalgia.

When it comes to having Arby's whether for lunch or dinner, I always make sure I'm starving prior to arriving and almost always order my usual which is the half-pound roast beef sandwich drenched in Arby's sauce.

There's one thing that Arby's doesn't have.......competition. There are plenty of other fast food chains that may operate at the same level but when it comes to the type of food, there's only 1 and that's Arby's.

Among your typical mass franchise chains whether McD's, Popeye's, BK, Subway, Wendy's, Taco Bell, etc.........Arby's has always been different in a positive way and sadly has the least amount of locations which is puzzling.

Only 6 locations in the entire Lake Co, should be at least double that. The taste of the food here especially the roast beef with a side of the classic curly fries or crinkle cuts always hits the spot.

As long as Arby's keeps making that scrumptious roast beef, I'll always pop in from time to time. Hope for several more years of boomin' business for the franchise owner.“

“I’m a big smash burger guy & who doesn’t like cheese fries. Decided to give it a try & just straight to the penta smasher. Even with all those patties, the burger was juicy but still had that nice char crunch to the ends. The fries were surprisingly good with the Pepperoncini’s & overall just good fries.“

“It was this past November that I last dined at this location but before that it had to have been maybe 2 or 3 years being the last time would've been going thru the drive-thru on the way to work since I work 3rd shift.

I can't say I've ever had a bad experience of any kind at this location. Never had an incorrect order at the drive-thru, subpar customer service or food not cooked long enough.

There's one thing I really love about Arby's and that's their roast beef drenched in Arby's sauce. For me I'd say 4 out of 5 trips to Arby's I end up getting the half lb roast beef combo which I find the taste rather addicting.

I have no idea why Arby's doesn't have much more locations especially in this county. This location has some historical significance being it was the very 1st Arby's I've been to since moving from Japan as a navy brat in November '87 to Great Lakes.

I was in early '88 that my dad took me here but I'd say the few times I had Arby's in general from that point until around the mid 90s, I always had the hot ham n' cheese and had no desire to try any other sandwich.

I would eventually in my late teens try the roast beef and fall in love with the taste. Their roast beef is a smash hit and that's one thing about Arby's is that there really isn't any competition for this chain. There are other fast food joints that compete at the same level but there's nothing like an Arby's.

I don't know if the interior is the same as when I first walked in there at the age of 12 but it certainly feels old school and kept clean. I hope this location stays open for decades to come and I hope for continued success & prosperity for the franchise owner(s).“

Other than the ones I make myself, but you got a pretty good variety of ingredients. And honestly, if you want a good salad, go there, they have plenty of dressings. They have a lot of ingredients to add to your salad. They have different toppings to add to it, the pizzas, their oven baked, and then you can also add any ingredients that you want to add to it. We had forgotten her handicap placard and needed some extra help with parking and getting settled, and everyone was patient and generous. “Just stopped by for a chocolate frosty. The chocolate frosty ice cream was firm. Not a smooth chocolate flavor like it normally is. It's a more bitter like some chocolate flavor ice creams. It WAS NOT all the way full. You would think for the amount increase, they would make the it a point to make sure you got a whole cup full instead....because it is a treat for I our family. Be nice to receive actual coupons that makes it competitive...$3 dollars off an order of $20 is nice, but our Family spends $50-$70 dollars...provide Thank you much.“

“My favorite fast food chain location in the area. The only thing stopping it from 5 stars is the booth tables are frequently dirty.

Everything else from service to food to value is 5 stars. The staff is usually friendly, quick to apologize if there's even the slightest wait, and will even try to bring my food to me if I'm not waiting at the counter.

Truly the service has me go back a lot.

I'm a huge fan of the Beefy Potato Loaded Griller (comes a little spicy) for $2.89, finally some chips and dip with neat for under $3, the seasoned fries are delish.

I frequently come between 2-5pm to get a soda for $1 and a slight upcharge for a dirty soda (adding cream). Now if only I could get them to make a Mountain Dew Midnight ZERO I'd be in heaven.“
