“I arrived to pick up my online order of 2 Ruebens and one mint milkshake for my mother's 80th birthday! Low and behold, there was a mistake and it had been taken with another online order by mistake. They graciously paid for my children's slices of pizza while we waited and then refunded the entire order. They went above and beyond and we weren't expecting that. Anticipating needs, attention to detail and gracious with the mistake that can happen. Can't wait to return. I had heard they had the best Reubens you have EVER had and my mother agreed. Thank you for such incredible customer service.“

“First time having jersey mikes. Really enjoyed the tuna but in bowl form. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Tuna salad had good flavor too. Had it delivered. Just upsetting that I had specifically requested the unsweetened pure leaf iced tea and instead got the lemon flavor which has sugar in it. I am diabetic and although I received a credit from door dash it doesn’t quite resolve the bigger picture. Left without a proper drink because the order wasn’t followed. I did not receive a call which I would’ve expected if the flavor was out of stock.“

“Amazing experience! We had the food truck at our sons birthday party! Not only are they delicious but also amazing customer service!!! They were so nice, engaged with everyone, and my son loved the men working and he’s two so he loved doing fist bumps and they even cut his chicken tenders up for me so they would cool faster. I have nothing but nice words for them! We will definitely be using them again at other parties! Thank you again so much! Also great at communicating!“

“Came here for the first time. This is probably one of the best sandwich shops I have ever been to . We were greeted warmly by the cashier . We ordered the TantaCarne sandwich. Which was similar to an Italian . The bread was hot crusty and the meat was fresh topped with arugula. It was a very good size sandwich The sleeper were the pierogis. We ordered the pork veal beef mixed pierogis. It was sooooo good I ordered two to go. The owner came by to check on us to see if everything went well . I cannot say how great this place is . Come you will not be disappointed.“

“Always good but to be honest my white widow sandwich was not cooked well and I felt uncomfortable with the people working there to ask for a remake even though I liked the vibe it was a little too transparent and I didn’t want to come off as one of those kind of customers. But for price, that chicken could’ve been better cooked. Love the goo balls and other snacks. Bar seats are nice. Not a place to get any work done late at night tho like other sandwich shops.“

“I had a lovely todo italiano sandwich. The bread was had a great crust giving it a good contrast to the fluffy but chewy body. Prices are affordable, and they have a selection of baked goods along with their breads. They do take tap to pay and cards.“

“I go here on Thursdays and it’s sometimes PACKED and being run like the marines by like four dudes who are ungodly amounts of locked in. They proceed to make me a cheesesteak so good I call my friend who lives in Philly and tell him that he’s nothing. “Recently I’ve had the privilege of not only meeting the owner of this establishment but also trying their meatball sandwiches, which is one of their top sellers. First bite, you can tell immediately that this was made with a lot of love and care. It legit felt like a hug from my grandmother every bite. Every part of this sandwich, from the bread to the sauce, and even the meatballs, you can tell that no shortcuts were taken. It’s clearly an artisanal sandwich. By far one of the best meatball sandwiches I’ve had. Even talking with the owner you can tell that he’s proud of his product. His food speaks for itself. Also the employees are wonderful. They’re very kind and easy to converse with, and they remember my order.

“My parents and I were looking for a place eat in Northfield after driving an hour to pick up the ashes of our dog who passed two weeks ago from blood cancer. Found this place two minutes from the pet hospital located in an office building. Owner was super chill made our food fresh and was super generous. They had these cookies by the register I think the owners baked themselves they all looked really good we got one of each (pecan, cookies and cream, m&m, and this one with caramel on top) and the owner gave us two for free and chips with our meals and reheated my dad’s soup when asked (dad’s picky) to be super hot (dad was happy). We took our food to go and ate right outside the office building by this little fountain which I think is the way to go if the weather accommodates it. I got the chicken pesto panini I don’t even like pesto but I liked this panini the bread was crisp the cheese melty and the vegetables happy (not soggy). Honestly the cookies I enjoyed the most; cookies and cream was really good it had like these big chunks of white chocolate which were awesome but the best was the caramel one CRAZY GOOD definitely get one. Anyways I miss my dog love you Beowulf rest well now.“

I especially like using their iPhone app. Easy to order and make customizations to your sandwich. I like to substitute the wheat wrap on my Spicy Southwest Chicken. The Chicken Tortilla soup is also fantastic - just enough heat for me. My wife loves the Savannah Chop salad. If you plan to eat in, study the menu before you go. You’ll have a hard time deciding! In my experience the prices for all there items we’ve ordered are reasonable. Example - the Savannah Chop salad was $8.89. Not bad for a large salad with grilled chicken. Support this business because they are a differentiator.“
