“First time going there, we ordered fresas con crema. But honestly I was very disappointed because I got more cream than strawberries. I paid 8.75 for a cup of cream 🙁 although it was good I won’t lie but definitely not enough strawberries for the price I paid.“

“Today my son went to the dari alone for the very first time on his bike! I called in advanced to ask them for help considering he is still learning about money (change jar and some tooth fairy dollars) the young man on the phone was so sweet. My son came back with some DELICIOUS cheese curds (the plan was for ice cream but that’s okay😂) “MOM THE SERVICE WAS SO POLITE AND I EVEN GAVE THEM A TIP” he was so giddy and hasn’t stopped talking about how much he loves it there and how amazing the food is. Thank you for making his whole day 💕“

“The Inside Scoop has the best Hot Fudge Sundaes in Crystal Lake! Although they have a variety of ice cream selections, I love the vanilla ice cream, it tastes homemade. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend stopping in!“

“My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. I wish I lived a little closer because Culvers in McHenry would definitely be my go to place. Thank you for good food and the kindness you all showed.“
“Our Agility Club RACE was Celebrating 20 years this weekend and we were not able to have our Ice Cream Social as Planned due to COVID-19, the owner/manager at this Dairy Queen worked with us to make it happen for our exhibitors. “Was so sad when Yumz! in Crystal Lake shut down years back, and was happy there’s still a froyo place open in McHenry. When I first tried the flavors here a couple years ago, they were NOT it, gross, something was off and even my favorite flavor I didn’t like. Wasn’t going to come back, but I happened to be nextdoor today and thought might as well try it again, and I’m glad I did because the flavors are great this time around. Including my favorite flavor (cake batter- yum!). So whoever made the flavors for 2/19/25, good job. I will be frequenting now.“

“Amazing food ! High quality ! Tasteful! Iwas born & raised in the city and this HIT home! No other resturant has beat this one! Friendly staff too. Its a win win ! & they are the only resturant that delivers to east wonderlake because I have not found 1 that does unless ur paying extra for like door dash! My kids were amazed.
