“I happen to have eaten here twice, several months apart, both times after I was leaving Castleton AMC. There is an extremely polite young man, with some frosting near his forehead, who has waited on me both times. This evening I had my walker. Before I got inside, he raced from the counter to hold the door open. After I ordered, I went to the bathroom, which was in excellent condition on both visits. The young fellow was waiting for me with my food on a tray. This young man really provides excellent service, consistently.“

“This review isn’t location specific. I enjoy Hardee’s, but they are still a fast food place so the quality of food is the same as that of McDonalds, Burger King, White Castle. It’s a nice switch up from the normal fast food chains. Sodas are usually pretty solid too. The staff are nice but not ~wow~ friendly.“

“I stopped by the Dairy Queen on Franklin Street in Indianapolis to try their hot wings. The portion size was good—enough for a meal or to share. The wings were crispy on the outside, though the inside was slightly less tender than I expected. The sauce had a nice spicy kick, not too overwhelming but flavorful enough to satisfy if you like moderate heat. Pricing is reasonable for fast food.
The location is clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Parking can be a little tight during peak hours, so plan accordingly. “My last review did not have the additional perspective of going to the other chicken places like KFC and popeyes. Raising Cane's is so much better than both of those places. They're literally isn't a better chicken tenderloin fast food restaurant out there. There are a few issues. For example the fries are not ever cooked enough so they are soggy, and if you're not eating in, all of your food will be waterlogged by the time you get home. If you have an oven or an air fryer, you're good to go because you can pop it in, crisp everything back up, and now the temperature of the food is just like if you're at the restaurant getting it completely fresh. And when you go there, knowing that this is what you're going to do, now it's no longer a problem. Put my God is this food so much better than the slop at kfc. And Popeyes is pretty good but Raising Cane's is above them when it comes to the amount of food you get for the price, the taste of the food, and the quality cuts that you get. Raising Cane's is the only one using actual chicken tenderloins. Everyone else uses cut up pieces of breast. And then places like KFC have the gall to call an oversized nugget, a chicken tender. Everyone else's sauces tastes so chemical after eating Raising Cane's in comparing them. Everyone has a chemical taste except Raising Cane's now.“

“This poor staff. It's a Thursday night and they are slammed and there are only three people working here tonight?? Y'all should staff more people, like a singular extra person would have the service here through the roof. The manager, I didn't get his name, but he was exceptionally polite despite the numerous incredibly rude CUSTOMERS in the lobby. The worst behaved people in the place were the people on the same side of the counter as me. “We didn't Valentine's Day event at White Castle (aka Love Castle as it's called that day). It was outstanding. Our table was ready and decorated. The managers acted as servers and came to our table and got us drinks and took our orders and served us. The managers looked like they were enjoying their time, too, as they were smiling and jovial. They had a special menu for the day as well as special dessert treats you could order. Also a large sign on the wall and you could take a photo with.“

I don't know why I ever stopped eating here (probably because they closed the 2 locations on my side of town) . The food was AMAZING !!! Definitely one of the best fast food joints in the city && definitely top 3 burger fast food spots (emphasis on the fast) . After years of eating McDonald's & Burger King...going to Steak 'n Shake reminded me just how mediocre and lackluster a bunch of fast food places are . The service was A1 and everything was made fresh . 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend !!!“

Don’t see anything you like, create your own version made the way you like it Hot or Cold. With fresh ingredients and robust bread, make this sub rise above most others.
My favorite is the Club Supreme. This delicious sub is made with Roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon and mayo. I recommend extra bacon for added flavor.
Don’t forget a bag of chips and a cookie or brownie to go with that sub. And a drink if you’re thirsty.“
