“Pretty typical Firehouse Subs. If you are in a hurry call ahead. Everyone except me ordered ahead. I had a 15 minute wait. If I wasn't on my way to work it wouldn't have mattered. The quality of ingredients they use is good and the sandwiches were filling ( 1 for nightshift breakfast and 1 for lunch).“

“I go to this particular subway for the service there is a sandwich artist by the name of Tay that prepairs and builds the best sandwiches any kink you as for food is great The atmosphere is great and the service is excellent Great job Tay !!!!!!!“

“When we first moved to NWI, we first visited Pops when they were located closer to Jewel. At first, when we ordered our beef juicy, the beef was still dry. Over the years, they have gotten better. The beef is juicy, tender, and tasty. So juicey that now, they wrap your beef and then put your wrapped beef inside a plastic bag for take out orders. The beef here is much better than the overrated beef sandwich at Portillos. The large order of fries is enough to share.“

“Good food. Prices have gotten a little high with inflation but 5 dollar foot longs went to 15 dollar foot longs. Still tastes good though . Girl behind glass was a little short with us but not rude , just not polite. Still , would probably go there again .“

“Sub was great....waiting while it was being made was incredible, unorganized. One person started our subs, and then someone was making a pickup, then the person who started our subs was just standing by the register for a couple of minutes without finishing mine while it sat next to the gal making the pickup subs. Then he said something about if that was my sub, and I said yes, I need to pay for the two subs. Oh, you're together. Then, in front of all the customers, the one employee had to announce there was a bus that pulled in a oh great we have more people to help.I'm pretty sure my daughter and I were in there for at least 10min.“

“Typical minimal ingredients - not remotely close to pictured items, but as Subway regulars - we knew it would be like that. Still - every so often - especially on BOGO Days, we like a sub sandwich. The employees are friendly and do a good job making the sandwiches“

“3 star for service because I entered in my phone for rewards and they didn't add it on there. they have to select my name to have it count and they didn't. I'm seeing a trend across Northwest Indiana and Chicago owned Jimmy Johns because this has happened more than 5 times in the past 6-8 months maybe even more.“
