“Food is really good, I've ordered many times from them but my last order included an $8.25 fee for carry out supplies. They charge a percent of the entire bill. No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.“

“I have traveled to Overland Park for work from time to time, and the Doubletree hotel is by far the best hotel in the area and that is because of the Trofi restaurant onsite. The aesthetic is classy, clean, and visually appealing, and the food is great. However, it’s truly the staff that makes Trofi an establishment that keeps customers coming back. Phil is absolutely FANTASTIC! He engages with customers in a way that makes his customer service exceptional - he remembers little details about us months later which creates true connections. Not to mention, he has a great personality. By the same token, Walter is awesome! His humor and personality brings such a fun vibe to the restaurant. The two of them together, talk about a dream team! I will never stay elsewhere in the area because of this place feeling like home away from home and making work travel such a pleasant experience.“

They let us spread out in the top seating area so our kids and families could sit and eat comfortably while we warmed up from the freezing rain and cold. Highly recommend them and will plan on stopping again the next time we play football nearby!“

“I have been eating here for years and food and service is usually very good. I am never sure of their new hours since Covid. However, I was told by the front-line lady that because it was 15 minutes before closing I had to place my order to go. There were people there, still eating. Were they going to be asked to leave at closing? In the past I was never denied dine-in service.“

The owners, Dan and Carla, were so personable and spoke to us at our table, giving us the history and story of “The Castle”, and also giving us wine preferences, valuable life recommendations, and a celebratory rose in a wine carafe for our anniversary. Our waitress, Ashley, was great as well, and made our experience top notch. The experience here was one of our most memorable and is definitely a place we will be back to and will recommend to anyone we talk to. Give them a visit, you won't regret it!“

“My sister and I had lunch here yesterday and loved it!!! Pretzels were really good for an appetizer and then the Chicken Pot Pie was SO FREAKING GOOD!!! The beer selection was great, many seasonal beers you won't find elsewhere on tap. Restaurant outside seating was empty, but indoors was full. Bartenders were attentive, restaurant was clean.“

For food, I got the mozzarella sticks and ginger burger (I was super hungry, but had to take home some of my burger). To be honest, the burger is not something I would normally order, but it was recommended and I’m glad I went for it. I would definitely eat it again. The atmosphere here is nice. It’s clean and comfortable. The regulars here are nice and the staff is friendly. You never know when you walk into a bar “that’s not yours” how you’ll be treated. “Food was great. My only issue is a very slight mix up. I ordered avocado toast to go on my toast with my omelet. Instead a secondary whole plate came out. It was simple miscommunication, and I did not complain. I simply ate it and paid.

The waitress was so nice and was very quick to take care of everything that I did not want to be a problem. I am sure they would have fixed it if I had said something.“

“Moe was amazing! She handled the entire bar/restaurant by herself on a Chiefs Sunday! She served everyone's drinks and food, cleaned up everywhere, wiped off tables if spills or anything happened, cashed out everyone tabs, literally did everything by herself! And she made it look easy, which we all know but that could not have been easy! I really appreciate her and her hard work!

“We had such a great experience at the LS Pegah’s tonight. Our kids were tired from homecoming festivities and whiny, making them harder to maintain. Our waitress and the entire staff were nothing but amazing to us coming over talking to the kids and making sure we had everything we needed. There was a slight mishap with our one of our dishes and our server (Emma I think) felt so bad and went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely be back- our food was amazing!!“

“My wife and I moved to Falcon Lakes 4 years back (despite neither of us being golfers!). We are within walking distance of the club house, which is open to the public. It's a beautiful setting, and they are making improvements all the time. We've been frequent visitors, once a month minimum, to the clubhouse for dinner or lunch, and have never had a single issue. The wait staff and management have always been polite and attentive. Recommended if you're in the area.“
