“Long time customer enjoy the knackwurst but the order today has a different texture. Instead of being dense and firm, it is loose and soft. May be a one off, as this is first time in 20 years for such a change. Hope the recipe was not changed to keep the price down as the knackwurst today does not reflect the legacy. Will try again and hope for the better.“

They were extremely transparent in how tight the window was and discussed limiting the options and logistics, ultimately accepting the order. “I remember hearing about this place years ago but never went. It popped up on my FYP on TikTok so I decided to give it a try. My family and I drove down on a Saturday around 12:30. Not sure where it was exactly, we ended up driving by it and having to turn around. There is only street parking available so we parked 1/2 a block up and walked down. We weren’t the only ones who did. The steady flow of people coming in and out was a lot. Good for business. They only accept cash, which is good to know beforehand. We ordered the famous pork tenderloin, a cheeseburger and fries. Everything is alacarte. Which is also good to know beforehand.
The tenderloin had good flavor but was fried very hard. My husband enjoyed his but said it was too spicy, he had the hot sauce. Overall, it was good. Glad we finally tried it.“

“I don’t know who runs this Schlotzsky’s, but they deserve an award. Hands down, this is the best fast food experience I’ve ever had—if you can even call it fast food. Every time I go, it’s consistently great, and the level of attention to detail is honestly ridiculous.

When I walked in, someone literally ran to the register to make sure I was greeted and ready to order. I’ve never seen anything like it. And the organization? Next level. Every condiment packet, every straw, every napkin—perfectly lined up like someone took the time to make sure everything was facing the same way. It’s one of those little things that tells you this place is run by people who actually care.

On top of that, they’ve never messed up my order—not once. The food is always fresh, made exactly how I asked, and just hits the spot every time. The sandwiches are legit, but even beyond that, the whole experience is just smooth. It’s rare to find a place that’s this consistent.

And the cleanliness? Unreal. This place is spotless—not just clean, but sparkling. The tables, floors, drink station—everything looks like it’s been scrubbed down constantly. Add in the fact that everyone working here is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and it just puts the whole experience over the top.
