“Used this location for party subs and they were wonderful! They put all the sides in separate containers so the bread wouldn't get wet. They also gave us a bunch of sauces to use! As a bonus, they gave my daughter some pickles on the way out. Thank you for great customer service!“

Sometimes they have restrictions for custom orders on door dash and online order options so this place was worth the drive. This location doesn’t have avocado but my sandwich was still bomb!!! Service was great, but no team member really stood out.“

This place has it all! 🏈 🎯 🕹️I got a mouth-watering sandwich, The Bandit! Roast beef, smokey cheddar, red onion, raspberry jam and horseradish all on a delicious Dutch crunch roll! 🐶💚🥪 The atmosphere was high-energy and just felt less like strangers, and more like your own pack. The bread is made fresh daily, and you can really taste the difference—it’s soft, flavorful, and the perfect base for a seriously great sandwich. The ingredients are always fresh and packed with flavor, and they don’t skimp on portions either—you easily get three times more than what you’d find at the typical chain sub shops. Every bite is delicious and satisfying. Definitely a go-to spot if you’re craving a quality sub! I ordered the 7.5” American Club on white bread w cheddar. It came w chips and a drink for $11’ They also offer catering and they deliver!

“This sandwich shop has the best gluten free bun. I have always loved their sandwiches, but it is 30 miles from my house. Before my gluten issues I always got the pumpernickel bun. The gluten free bun is not gritty, too sweet, or tasteless. Schlotzsky's have always had fresh vegetables on their sandwiches. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restrooms and seating area are always clean. I only wish there was a Schlotzsky's closer to home.“

“Had a coupon BOGO for the new store in Glenwood Plaza. Never ate at one. So tried it today. Had the Club Sub & Mikes Famous Philly. Wow...the Club Sub was huge! Very good, freshly sliced ham a& turkey, plenty of bacon. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles & onions on wheat. Great sandwich! Huge! Great value for the $$$. Will eat that again! The Philly was decent. Ample shaved beef, grilled fresh, along with peppers and onions, and ample white american cheese for a good gooey to it. No added toppings. Had on the rosenary parm bread. Personally, I wish there would have been more peppers & onions on the sandwich. I should have asked for more, but didn't know if there would be an upcharge. Only downside IMO was red onions are better for sandwiches than white onions, and be nice to have a few more options on toppings, like maybe sliced bell peppers, and spinach as an alternative to the shredded lettuce. So, we will be back. Club Sub on my favorites list, but need to try the chicken philly & chicken bacon ranch philly. Got a couple coupons left in the postcard, $2 off order and 25% off order, so will use those. If anyone has an extra postcard mailer and don't like Jersey Mike's, IM me and I'll give you my address ..I'll take those coupons...lol... Overall, very pleased. And my 91 year old mother enjoyed both sammiches also, so that is very good! Try them out...I was very pleased...“

“The individual at the cashier was very helpful and polite. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10p. I arrived right on time; however, the order was not ready. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. “I enjoy The Planet Sub sandwich with chips and a drink. I prefer eating in the restaurant as the sub is toasted and tastes best fresh from the kitchen.

However, I've gotta knock the service and overall score down a bit. The staff is always friendly, but if you modify your order at all, make sure you check before eating. Too many mistakes coming from the kitchen recently even though my receipt shows the correct order. It's frustrating having to send an order back.“

“Thanks to the folks at the cash register I was able to place my order. I stood in the spot where you order salads and the people working right in front of me avoided eye contact for about 5 min. I finally walked the the cash register where an employee walked over and basically made them take my order. Both cashiers were amazing but the guys on the salad making line get an unsatisfactory on customer service.“

“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

“This location has some of the best customer service that I have received in a long time as far as line kitchens are concerned. We just moved back from a very conservative state to the Kansas City area and I was very apprehensive to try Firehouse Subs based on my last experience at a different location. Pleasantly surprised, will definitely be coming back. It's nice to go into a place and feel that the employees are genuinely happy to work there. Just based unlimited interactions, you can tell that this is a location that operates like a work family versus random strangers who come in to collect pay. If you're going to see a movie, or spend time at the mall, this is the place that you want to give your business to!“

My coworker and I visited this place yesterday and it made our day. The gentleman behind the counter was happy, personable, and just put a smile on everyone's face. I heard him call his regulars by their names. I heard him ask each person how their day was and it was said with genuine affection. He laughed, he smiled, and his good nature was contagious among everyone who he encountered. There aren't many places that have that kind of atmosphere anymore and to go into a business when you're on lunch and you are greeted with that kind of vibe, is rare.
