Sometimes they have restrictions for custom orders on door dash and online order options so this place was worth the drive. This location doesn’t have avocado but my sandwich was still bomb!!! “I have been going here since I was a little girl. I have quite a bit of German heritage and my dad found it important too help me and my brother's experience authentic German food. Sandwiches here are amazing the sausages are extremely high quality and the people are just so friendly and kind. My kids are finally getting to an age where this will start to be memories for them too.

“I was really expecting something bad, I don't even know why. I left with such a positive attitude I'm confused. The place, super clean? The food, very fast? The staff, very nice? Is this out of the norm for Kansas? I think so.

“We demolished the Italian beef and white cheddar Mac. The camera did not eat first. You can’t beat a sandwich with Au Jus. The Italian beef had the perfect amount of spice. This is coming from a spicy food lover. The spice was mellowed out by the creamy Mac and cheese. The shells were cooked to perfection and ended up creating little balls of cheese that explode in your mouth. Highly recommend Pickleman’s“

Also, I did not get the theme… Each wall was painted a different color and there was random signs like famous singers, a painting of space, a rocket ship, and a picture of The Beatles. “2 TVs in each corner if you’re a visual person. Great music playing overhead, an overall fantastic atmosphere. My brother and I grab a bite to eat there after hitting the comic shop right next to it. Highly recommend the Turkey Bacon Avocado, meatball sub, or their Philly Cheesesteak.

“I find this to be the best sub place around. There may be some family-owned restaurants, but for a chain location, this is an excellent choice. The last sub I got was fresh, tasty, and exactly what I was looking for. They are quick and very courteous.

Parking: The business is in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking so that is never an issue.“

“Had a coupon BOGO for the new store in Glenwood Plaza. Never ate at one. So tried it today. Had the Club Sub & Mikes Famous Philly. Wow...the Club Sub was huge! Very good, freshly sliced ham a& turkey, plenty of bacon. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles & onions on wheat. Great sandwich! Huge! Great value for the $$$. Will eat that again! The Philly was decent. Ample shaved beef, grilled fresh, along with peppers and onions, and ample white american cheese for a good gooey to it. No added toppings. Had on the rosenary parm bread. Personally, I wish there would have been more peppers & onions on the sandwich. I should have asked for more, but didn't know if there would be an upcharge. Only downside IMO was red onions are better for sandwiches than white onions, and be nice to have a few more options on toppings, like maybe sliced bell peppers, and spinach as an alternative to the shredded lettuce. So, we will be back. Club Sub on my favorites list, but need to try the chicken philly & chicken bacon ranch philly. Got a couple coupons left in the postcard, $2 off order and 25% off order, so will use those. If anyone has an extra postcard mailer and don't like Jersey Mike's, IM me and I'll give you my address ..I'll take those coupons...lol... Overall, very pleased. And my 91 year old mother enjoyed both sammiches also, so that is very good! Try them out...I was very pleased...“

“Good sandwiches, but the young guy with the silly looking mustache and no other facial hair needs to learn how to help people. I thought I heard my named called, so I walked up to the counter, where I saw a number of orders. As I was looking at them, he comes up and asks "are you picking up for delivery?" I said "im waiting for my order for John". He says "okay" and just walks back to the kitchen. I thought he would at least give me a status update of my order, but nothing. He should have said "these are delivery orders only, but your order will be out soon" instead of blankly staring at me, as if I can telepathically read his thoughts.

“I love the food at the Mixx and have never had anything that was not delicious. My problem is the customer service. The Mixx has failed me many times. On large orders only. I have ordered several time from there for a large party maybe from 5-15 people. I NEVER get everything that I order. I mean Never. I always have to go back and get something because their limit on getting the order completely right is three. So if you get one thing you're in good shape because the food is good they just can't get larger order correct. Honestly, they do make it right with a gift card but I would rather just pick up my order and everything is how I ordered it.“

“Tbh, Subway in general has become too expensive for what it is. However, this Subway is the nicest and best ran store I’ve been to in a long time. It’s incredibly clean consistently, food is always well made for what it is, and the staff is friendly. Don’t shy away from this location if you’re still a Subway fan.

Vegetarian options: It’s Subway. Make the sandwich without meat. But they have plenty of veggie options to choose from and good sauces to complement it.“

“I’ve been going to Yellow Sub since I was a kid. Planet Sub is a version of that. It’s a memory for me. It’s almost always terrific. We were not as happy with the sub or service at this particular location/visit but we hope it was just a one off bad day. We will give them another try.“

“I visited this establishment for the first time and placed a to go order. I ate my food at home and found a penny in my salad after I had finished it. I was shocked, it was the most random item I could think would ever end up in my salad, but I was disgusted. I called and was transferred to what I assume was the manager, who offered to give me rewards on the meal or remake the salad. Since I do not have an account and couldn't make it back to the store, she didn't have any other solution to offer and hung up on me. I was disappointed in the lackluster response to a dirty coin being in my food. I will not be coming back and will warn others about this.“

“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

“The individual at the cashier was very helpful and polite. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10p. I arrived right on time; however, the order was not ready. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. “Best Tenderloin burger you will ever eat. The other menu items are good too, but the Tenderloin is cooked to perfection every time I been there. Only one miss step was I got it loaded with the extra stuff. I don't recommend it, but maybe you'll like it. The service is great and very friendly. Atmosphere is good outside dining depending if you find a table when it's busy. During winter time, it'll be a bit difficult to sit outside. All and all, it's must try. You will love it.“

Getting to the store to pick my order up, I enter the store and the manager asks for my name. I tell him my name and show him my order, the manager looks at me and said "I'm sorry the #4 supreme meats has been discontinued, but we did add the extra capicola and pepperoni to it" customer service like that is hard to find nowadays, Manager could of just told me to get bent and I have to wait for another sandwich to me made, but they just went ahead and ran the extra mile just so I could have a good experience.
