“Nice place, good food, and great service but the light fun atmosphere just tanked when the manager walked by. Not what you want to see on a Saturday night at this price point! It was actually awkward to experience the way the manager treated the employees. He literally yelled across the room at the bartender for no identifiable reason. Sometimes it’s watching the way someone treats others that ruins a nice time more than anything. It really is a nice place with good food and great service hopefully this part of the place can change. Appears mine isn’t the first review that involves the manager so hopefully they will fix this issue.“

“My wife and I celebrated our 54th anniversary tonight at Eddie V’s. The food was terrific and our waiter Eric Ewing took awesome care of us. He guided us through the menu selections and counseled us on our selections. The manager Adam Von Spreecken checked on us often to make sure our dinning experience was spectacular. My wife and I can’t wait to return for another fabulous dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“The BEST Asian restaurant in the Northland! The food is absolutely amazing—every dish we’ve tried has been outstanding. The sushi is fresh and delicious, and the attention to detail is top-notch. You have to try the crab wontons—they’re a must! We just had the Tokyo crispy chicken, and it was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Honestly, I haven’t had a single thing here that I didn’t love. Chris, the owner, always greets us with a warm smile, and he and his staff make you feel truly welcome every time. Exceptional food, outstanding service, and such a friendly atmosphere—Saki is hands down our favorite spot!“

“Outstanding service from our waiter, Chris! (a solid "Hardy" doppelganger). From the check-in desk to the lively bar. Great service and people that seem to love their jobs made our experience memorable celebrating birthdays & an anniversary. Food was excellent and the 10-layer carrot cake knocked it out of the park. Needless to say, we will back! Coming in from Wisconsin and ending our trip at Ocean Prime made the weekend!“

“Today I ordered 1/2 lb of catfish strips, small fish and shrimp combo, potato salad and two peach cobbler’s. It was very good! The wait time is a bit long but next time I will call my order in. I’ve been disappointed several times ordering peach from other restaurants when out of town… but this cobbler is pretty good. Staff was friendly and my order was correct and on point!“

“Came back a second time! Absolutely loved my experience at Bristols in Creve Coeur! The atmosphere is inviting and perfect for any occasion. A huge shoutout to Brad, who truly made our visit memorable. His attentive service, friendly demeanor, and expert bartending skills impressed us all. The cocktails he crafted were not only beautifully presented but also delicious. Brad's knowledge of the menu and personalized recommendations elevated our evening. “My friend and I came in for happy hour and dinner, and we really enjoyed every single dish we had. I would even venture to say the food was outstanding. I thought service was a little timid and could have been more welcoming, especially as a first time guest. The restaurant is beautifully designed, and the decor is super cute, but some of the acoustics are a little strange: I noticed conversations happening across the room were carrying very loudly towards where we were sitting in the bar area. I also thought the music seemed way too loud at certain times. I would definitely go back for the food alone, and I’d like to come on a day when the patio is open where it might be a little quieter.“

“Guy at the bar was a Chad. Good dude- cared a whole lot about my wife and my service. Checked in multiple times and has a great attitude. Both my wife and I loved the food. It was great. Came out quick and with a heaping portion. Neither of us were able to finish our plate. Chips and queso was fire btw. Big recommendation on this one.“

“Service was ok. We ordered 3 appetizers, the first one came out then it took about 20 minutes for the other 2. When we were done, we had to ask for our table to be cleared in between courses. When I asked for lemons, a busser told me “where is your server?” I was disappointed by that statement considering I'm a paying customer and didn't know where the server was and that's why I asked him.“

“My teen son and myself came into KC early for the Netherlands party/parade at KC Live. We needed a bite to eat we found this place. We were greeted with smiles and good morning from staff. Invited to find a seat. Service was prompt despite pre-orders going out the door and fresh bagels being restocked.
Staff was always smiling and so gracious. We had amazing bagles for breakfast while relaxing from out trip to Power and Light.
They provide a relaxing, clean, and friendly environment with great food. Restrooms were clean, stocked, and safe.
We will certainly recommend Meshuggah bagels to our friends.“

“I love this restaurant! However I’m not a huge fan of the people I came here with. I planned a fun lunch out with my friends and when I walked in (fashionably late, only about 45 minutes which is reasonable) and they had already finished eating and seemed like they were ready to go. Now I’m just feeling kinda awkward for no reason because I thought my friends would be more excited to hang out and stay for a long time here! Maybe the restaurant can implement a service where they match you with better friends haha! Anyway the food is so freaking good I would literally do anything for the surf n turf burrito I have that shit on replay almost every week. 100/10 stars I love you tiki taco“

“This place has energy being in downtown Shawnee and all of its new businesses and patron traffic. The food and service have always been pretty good. We've done carry out a few times as well which worked out. We loved the table that is half inside half outside.“
